This 3-room non-smoking apartment with bright and friendly rooms in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen promises a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea for up to four people. The apartment, which was redesigned in 2018, is located on the ground floor of the "Haus am Haftbruch" built in 2004. Access is via a separate entrance. The bright three-room apartment is divided into a living and dining area and two separate bedrooms, each with full double beds. In addition, a collapsible travel cot for toddlers is available, which finds space in the bedroom, if necessary. The spacious entrance area offers plenty of space for shoes, cloakroom, etc. Laminate flooring is laid throughout the living area. The tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower. In the kitchen, which adjoins the living-dining area, there is a stove with ceramic hob (four panels) and oven, a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. The apartment has a terrace and a balcony. Through the southeast (balcony) - or Southwest facing (terrace) you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to the evening hours. Both terrace and balcony are equipped with garden furniture and sunscreen. Special features At the terrace or Balcony doors, the bathroom and a bedroom window insect screen is mounted. Nearby there is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle bus operates all year round (in winter limited schedule) in commuting between Boltenhagen-Redewisch and the White Wiek.  In the apartment no pets are allowed. Bicycles An official bicycle storage with stands is located in the front area of the property. Here wheels can be parked. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property.
