Vacation Apartment No. 13 in the Achtern Diek apartment complex is your spacious 3-room apartment for up to 5 people.

This comfortable and light-filled vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a south-facing balcony. It measures approximately 64 m² and offers you and up to 5 guests the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

In the spacious and very bright living and dining area, you’ll find a cozy sofa suite with a pull-out bed, the TV area, the kitchenette, and the modern dining area. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player.

The modern dining table by the bright, floor-to-ceiling balcony window offers plenty of space for us. You can access the south-facing balcony directly from the living room. Thanks to its south-facing location, the balcony is beautifully sunny starting at noon. A retractable awning is available to provide shade from the harsh sun. In the living area, the curtains can be drawn.

The kitchenette, integrated into the dining area, features a refrigerator with two freezer compartments, a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave, and is well-equipped.

The first bedroom features a cozy double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a closet with plenty of storage space. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (each bed 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Each bedroom can be darkened with exterior blinds. For younger guests, a crib with a high-quality mattress and a high chair are provided.

The bathroom features a shower and a sink with plenty of storage space.

Tiles were chosen as the flooring for the hallway and bathroom in this vacation apartment. Laminate flooring is installed in the living and dining area and in the second bedroom. The first bedroom has carpeted floors.

The modern Achtern Diek apartment complex is ideally located for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. You can park your car in the underground garage (height: 1.85 m). There is space for bicycles in the bike storage area in the underground garage. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach in Redewisch is only about 200 m.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The modern and comfortable Achtern Diek vacation complex is located in a quiet area in Boltenhagen/Redewisch. The modern Achtern Diek building is situated not far from the unspoiled and beautiful cliffs of Boltenhagen in the Redewisch district.

Each vacation apartment has a free underground parking space (max. height: 1.85 m) available. Pets are not permitted.

Built in 2005, the Achtern Diek complex offers a total of 28 vacation apartments. The building features comfortable 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. Each vacation apartment at Haus Achtern Diek has its own unique style. With varying amenities, some apartments are furnished in a typical maritime or Mediterranean style.

Floor-to-ceiling windows make the living spaces very bright. All apartments have a balcony or a terrace. Some of the balconies face south, allowing you to enjoy the sun until the afternoon. All vacation apartments feature a kitchenette, some of which are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, or washing machine. The building also has an elevator and a bicycle storage room.
