* Only 20 minutes to the city of Flagler for restaurants, beaches and activities.

Totally remodeled home inside and out. Contemporary and spacious but still feels like home. Enjoy the beautiful setting overlooking the Canal from almost every room. The home has a smart home speaker and app. Talk to it to play your favorite music, turn on a table lamp or change the temperature.

All three bedrooms have tvs and ceiling fans. There is one Pack n Play.
The pool has fun, automatic color changing lighting. Solar heat keeps the pool water at a nice temperature. There is an electric pool heating system that we can turn on remotely if requested. This system will heat the pool to 84 degrees. The cost is only $35 per day for each day of heating. Please keep in mind if air temperatures are below 50 degrees, even overnight, the pool may not be able to keep the temperature to 84 degrees.
When you are ready to be inside, play pool in the Florida room and ping pong in the garage.

Don’t forget to go to the beach! The home is close to several beaches, all about 10 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away as well. The city of Flagler is about 20 minutes down A1A, which is a fun place to visit, grab a bite to eat, enjoy the winery and walk on the beach. We list some of our favorite places to visit and eat in a visitor’s book at the house.

Note:
We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags and soaps (bath, laundry, dishwasher and dish soap). If propane tanks are empty, propane tank exchanges are available for purchase at the Circle K on Palm Harbor Pkwy.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the house had plenty of room to accommodate our group. Awesome neighbors and very quiet. The house was exactly as pictured on the website and easily accessible to grocery stores and restaurants.

Beautiful home with nice ammenities. My family had plenty of room to enjoy their own space and to gather as a family. Love the location of the home on the canal, very relaxing to sit on the dock. Love the kitchen and the home was stocked with seasonings and a few condiments from previous guests.

Really enjoyed our stay, had a couple issues but the owner handled promptly . Have to say this was by far one of the best places we have stayed. Kids loved the pool. Kitchen was a nice open area for everyone. This place was very well stocked for everything you may need. Coolers, pools floats, life jackets, bikes and this list goes on and on. Thank you Brian for your hospitality.

Perfect home for families

Plenty of space very open. Excellent for families. Love love love the way the outdoor and indoor space can be open together so everyone can be together in two different spaces. Kitchen and home is well stocked. Great place to stay overall.

The owner was great: checked in on us and was responsive to issues. The problem was that there were issues. The property suffers from being a rental, and needs some TLC.

I'm so sorry Marriane for the issues you had with the TV and washing machine. Yes things break and need fixing, (of course right after I was there and worked to make sure everything was working!).The home was completely remodeled three years ago. My property manager assistant and I work regularly to keep up and maintain. In our discussions about the TV and washer, you indicated that it was fine to wait until your departure to fix or replace the items. The day after your departure, I replaced the TV, washer and dryer with new appliances. If I had known of other issues to take care of during you stay, I certainly would have been happy to address them.

Great Property

Had a great time with family. The house was good size with a huge kitchen and family room. Pool was perfect size with more than enough seating. The seating area by the canal also has plenty of chairs. The house is in a nice quiet area and was exactly what we wanted. Brian answered my questions quickly and was ready to help make our stay perfect. Thank you Brian you have a awesome home and we will be staying here if we come back to Palm Coast

Great Spacious House

Amazing house with lots of room. We had 3 couples and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of seating all over the house and the kitchen is stocked with the necessary items. Loved having the pool table as an extra fun item. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We did enjoy the pool as well. Brian was very responsive to my messages before checking in and during our stay.

Florida fun!

We loved the house- our kids were huge fans of the pool and the pool table! Hot tub was plenty big for 4 adults and so relaxing. Brian is very good at communicating and the house is laid out so nicely with many seating areas. The kitchen is beautiful and we loved congregating around the big island. The Google home automation system is great for music and lighting. Hoping to return some day!

We enjoyed our stay at the Manor on the Canal. The house is very spacious and modern with comfortable beds and sofas. The online photos are accurate. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the canal is scenic. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it every day. Brian is great at communication.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor on the Canal! Before we even arrived, our Instacart order was delivered early, and Mississippi went above and beyond by arranging for a neighbor to bring everything inside for us. That level of care and communication really set the tone for our trip.The home itself was clean, spacious, and full of things to enjoy. As soon as we arrived, the guys headed straight for the pool table while the rest of us settled in and relaxed. We did experience some Wi-Fi issues during our stay, but Mississippi responded quickly and even had the neighbor, Rob, come by to help. We think we simply had too many devices connected, so the internet stayed a little slow throughout the trip.Thankfully, that just encouraged us to spend more time enjoying the hot tub and pool! The pool lights weren’t working yet because a replacement part hadn’t arrived, but Mississippi was upfront about it and apologized immediately. The patio lighting still provided plenty of light for evening swims and created a really nice atmosphere.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for me and my family, and we truly appreciated the responsiveness and hospitality throughout our visit.

I think that's why I love to have two vacation rental properties to take care of and manage. I love to meet people and see them happy. A lot of communication is just through email, but it's still fun.

Having the dock and deck at the waters edge is amazing when the sun sets in the west. When I'm there, I make sure I'm at the dock ready for the sunset every day I can!
