Oversized and raised, slate rear patio offering expansive views of the 7th and 8th fairways, resort and southeastern Mountains. Nicely upgraded interior features a well appointed kitchen, formal dining room with a solarium roof, and a newly improved primary bathroom. Large primary bedroom with walk-in closet, plus two additional guest rooms; one easily converts to a den or office. Indoor laundry off of primary suite. New propane BBQ, misters and outdoor fountain on terrace. New AC, WiFi, new EV charger. Access to golf cart with signed agreement. Omni pools not included. Great place to stay

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time! The location could not be netter as it was close to multiple pools and the River entertainment area. Lacey was very easy to contact and made checking in very easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Palm Springs.

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this has been one of the best. Very well stocked, spacious, easy to check in, clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We had our 2 young sons with us (9 and 11 years old) and they loved the golf cart, games/toys, short walk to the water park at the Omni Las Palmas (which we bought resort passes for in advance), and short walk to The River shopping complex where we had a few meals and did an Escape Room game. Also multiple pools close to the condo and a small gym which we had easy access too. Location was perfect!

Amazing weekend

The house was absolutely stunning and within walking distance to the pools which we took full advantage of everyday as well as the restaurants that were in the Omni resort. Lacey made the entire check in process easy and had everything we could have needed during the visit. My family and I will definitely be back here again.

Great location and owners

Stayed with friends for a wedding. Couldn’t be any closer to the resort. The owners are great. Very accommodating. The golf cart helped out so much The house was loaded with everything needed.

Wonderful desert stay!

We had a great 4 night stay here! The house is quite spacious. We especially loved the open living/dinning/kitchen area, and large patio overlooking the golf course. Communication with Lacey was easy and she gave very detailed instructions. Would definitely stay again, thank you Lacey for opening up your home :)

A great stay in Rancho Mirage!

It is really a fantastic property. Very well equipped and easy to find everything. Beautiful views of the Rancho Los Palmas golf course and so close to the Omni. It was great to be able to just walk across the course for food or drinks if we didn’t feel like cooking. The pools were great and check in was super easy. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were able to answer any questions we had. Would def stay again.

Our return to the desert after nearly forty years.

Having lived and worked in Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert in the early eighties, my wife and I appreciated this condo as a centrally located place to reacquaint ourselves with the area. Plenty of space, a roomy deck with a great view of the golf course and mountains, and a convenient pool area for all to enjoy. Thanks.

Great stay in Rancho Miirage

We had a great stay at Rancho Mirage. Check in was easy. Lacey was quick to communicate and the house was ready for us when we arrived. We didn't notice the porch in the pictures but it is a gorgeous outdoor space. We enjoyed morning coffee out there watching the sunrise. We really loved that we could walk to several restaurants and activities and we enjoyed a quick golf cart ride around the neighborhood. We didn't realize the neighborhood was gated but our name was on the rental checking in there was easy as well. The house was well stocked with toiletries, linens, games etc and check out was easy. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We really had such a nice visit.
