Just a few minutes south awaits the popular John's Pass with over 100 shops and restaurants in addition to water sports rentals and lively nightlife. The Redingtons overflow with natural beauty and coastal charm and the area's locally owned shops will undoubtedly yield a treasure or two.

Boasting a spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances, you’ll feel right at home preparing meals in this kitchen. Relax and unwind in the comfortable living room after a full day at the beach. Stretch out on the sofa or curl up on the recliner and watch a favorite movie on the TV. Also in the living room is a desk workspace for the remote worker or student of the group. Great views await on the balcony and the back patio makes for the perfect place to grill, dine alfresco, or take a dip in the private hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
