Home is just steps from the beach and pool. Great location for families. Kitchen has granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat stove top with downdraft and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' Samsung flat screen in family room.

Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpeting everywhere else.

Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses.

We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs.

Please Note: summer rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday.

Perfect!

Our family gathered for New Year and enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, with excellent beach access and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The property was inviting and accommodating, and communication with our host was great!I would love to stay again if we return to IOP.

Family Vacation

Just perfect!

Went for a wedding at the Citadel. So it was perfect in so many ways. The pool, proximity to the beach and five blocks from our wedding venue at the Citadel. Our host Ray was available to answer any questions. The ice maker wasn't working properly he brought a huge bag of ice to accommodate our needs. The home has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again

Great Stay @ #1 Sea Shell Lane

Everything was great as our family had some bonding time. Our granddaughter really had a wonderful time. The only hiccup was the oven decided to quit working. Big shout out to Ray for trying really hard to get it working again. All in all a great visit.

Everything about this house was perfect. All supplies were in order more than enough. Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable towels were in great shape. Air conditioning worked great. No complaints at all. I will stay here again.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a wonderful stay for a few days during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The location was very convenient to our family in Mount Pleasant, and it was a short distance from the grocery store and IOP restaurants. Ray was thorough in his response to our booking and provided great communication. The home is well appointed and steps away from the beach.

Family Event

We were in town for a wedding event. This was a perfect place for us to stay with six adults. The property owner was quick to respond to all communication and check in was very easy. The home was well supplied with bedding, etc. and clean. We loved being so close to the beach! We hope to go back in the future.

Overall our stay was great, the house was clean and well maintained. The check in process was very easy and Ray answered all question in appropriate time frames. The House is in a great location for the beach and the pool. My family all said they would definitely return for another vacation. The only critique would be for 4 couples staying at the house, possibly adding another queen bed in the room with the two single beds. We were all very happy with the vacation and the owner Ray.
