Located in one of Florida's favorite beach towns, Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), which offers three miles of beautiful white sand beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo is yours to enjoy, located less than .5 miles from the beach and is canal front overlooking the intercoastal for beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The rental unit includes 2 Stand-Up Paddle boards, beach chairs and an old school Centipede arcade game for family fun and entertainment. The family room includes a large sectional and a smart TV with access to RUKU, Netflix, Prime Video and more. The fully stocked kitchen is yours to cook meals and also houses the full-size stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
You will be within 1 mile walking distance to IRB favorites such as Hurricane Eddies, IRB creamery, Salt Public House, Pajanos Pizza, Kooky Coconut, Tropical Ice cream, Pipo N Betty’s Bakery and Coffee shop, the Original Crabby Bills. Shopping within walking distance includes CVS and USA Grocers Food Stores. The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve is a 9.3 acre preserve featuring wildlife habitat, native vegetation, wetlands, large boardwalk and natural park areas. You will also have access to a large pool with lounge chairs overlooking the intercoastal.
