Kick back and Relax in this stylish, remodeled 2BR/1BA condo just minutes from the white sandy shores of Indian Rocks Beach or sip your favorite cocktail by the heated pool and clubhouse while boats glide along the Intracoastal waterway. Restaurants, shops, and so much more. Come Enjoy everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer!
Located on the second-floor, the unit features a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Thoughtfully stocked with your needs in mind, the space blends modern style with everyday convenience—perfect for a comfortable and effortless stay. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, an oversized walk-in closet, and a 55" TV for ultimate comfort and relaxation. When my husband and I rent Airbnb’s, usually our biggest complaint is that the beds are not cozy enough. I can guarantee that we use top quality mattresses, pillows and linens, which are changed out very consistently. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ample storage space, making it ideal for guests or extended stays. The spacious bathroom includes a large vanity with drawers for convenient storage, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added ease. And if that’s not enough, we’ve included thoughtful beach-ready extras to make your stay effortless—plush beach towels, a convenient beach wagon, and four comfortable beach chairs, so you can head straight to the shore and relax.

Good location in a quiet area

Pretty good location just about 10 minutes walking from the beach. Clean and spacious apartment. Good communication with the owners.

100% perfect !

This place is a gem and so is the owner. The condo is immaculate and is stocked with all “the things” you need, It is situated in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The beach is .42 miles away and there are chairs, wagon, backpack cooler, towels etc. provided by the owner. On days we weren’t able to go to the beach we used the on site heated pool and enjoyed the view of the intercostal waters. The condo has high end everything, roomy and decorated perfectly. . The beds are sooo comfortable, pillows and linens top notch! Both the living-room and bedroom have smart tvs so you can log into your favorite streaming service. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! Thank you Danny for being so available and a great host.

First time visitors

This was our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach, and we could not have selected a lovelier place. Clean, well-stocked and close to all the area has to offer.

Originally from New York, I began my college education in school for fashion in New York, before completing my degree at the University of South Florida. After experiencing one too many treacherous Northeast winters, I decided to trade snow for sunshine and put down roots on Florida's Gulf Coast—a decision I've never regretted.

My professional career began in product development and buying, where I worked with well-known brands including Rooms To Go, Kane's Furniture, and Ashley Furniture. Those years sharpened my eye for design, spatial planning, and understanding how people live in and experience their homes.

Today, I'm proud to be a successful Realtor, combining my background in design, retail merchandising, to help clients see the full potential of every property. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I bring creativity, market expertise, and a detail-oriented approach to every transaction. My goal is to help clients find not just a house, but a place they truly love to call home.

Indian Rocks Beach and the Clearwater–St. Pete area have been a cherished family vacation destination since I was a young child. The memories we've made here over the years have given this special place a permanent spot in my heart.

In 2021, my husband and I decided to purchase our second home in Indian Rocks Beach after our son developed a passion for sailing at the Clearwater Community Sailing Center in Sand Key. What began as weekends spent supporting his love of the water quickly became even more reasons to fall in love with this beautiful coastal community and remove ourselves from the stressors of everyday life.

Since then, we've continued creating unforgettable memories with our family and friends, and we're excited to share our home with others. Our hope is that every guest experiences the same warmth, relaxation, and sense of peacefulness that has made Indian Rocks Beach such a meaningful part of our family's story.
