The place was clean, smelled fresh, and had a wonderful bonus of two free passes for the water park each day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo came with beach gear including chairs, wagon & umbrellas. Beach towels were even provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place comfortable and clean. The balcony had a nice view of the intercostal waterway. Absolutely perfect for us!

We had a great stay at Indian Rocks Shore Beach! The room comfortably accommodated our group and had plenty of beds, which we really appreciated.A couple of things could be improved. The balcony door could have used a curtain which would have been nice to have. Also, since the unit accommodates up to eight guests, it would make sense to provide eight water park passes rather than just two. We had a wonderful stay!!

The apartment is well presented and the location is great. Resort rentals responded very quickly to two problems with leak in AC and dishwasher. However it’s not a 5stars because I the dishwasher is very poor and I would have liked more seating options on the balcony

What a great condo and a great location. Walkable to so many good restaurants and Anecdote Brewing is a must visit. Ice cream shops and bakery close too which was great, could get all necessary supplies at the cvs which is also close. Indian Rocks Beach was so peaceful and less hectic than other areasThe beach was an easy walk and there are many places to access it. The wagon and beach chairs came in really handy and we used them daily.The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed.The only downside was not having a pool outside of the water park. It would have been nice to have a pool that didn’t require water park tickets but we fill our time at the beach.
