We appreciate our host and all the thoughtful touches. The location is convenient to everything yet still quiet and private. The ground floor unit worked well for us. We had plenty of room for the family. We loved the pool and hot tub.

Fantastic property!

Great location, beautiful condo! We loved our two week stay here. Beach chairs and towels were very helpful. The only negative was a very soft mattress which was comfortable but not good for my back.

Perfect location for older adults

Really beautifully decorated. Very clean! Loved the location and the fact that it was on the first floor made it perfect because we had relatives who were in their late 70's with mobility issues and they had no issues navigating around the property.

Beautiful Thanksgiving week at the beach

The condo was perfect for our stay. A clean and tastefully decorated, well furnished condo. The work to the outside will be beautiful when completed but the work did not interfere with us at all. We appreciated all Ann Vieth did as our host to make our stay a delightful one.

Great place close to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay. The beach was a very short walk away. The owner told us about the construction happening on the site. Unfortunately it was very intrusive. Didn’t use the pool at all because construction and scaffolding was all around the pool. The unit was great and the property will be great once the construction is finished.

Great beach stay

Even with the missing stairs from the hurricane, the beach is still the beach which is wonderful. We had to go a bit further (3/4 mile) to get there, but there was no problem with plenty of parking. When the stairs are replaced, the walk will be about 1/10 mile. Ann's condo is bright, fashionable, roomy, and a real delight. The whole area is the perfect place for a beach vacation. We stayed for the month of January and may stay longer next year. The weather was gorgeous which also makes the heated pool very attractive. We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors.

Pool, hot tub (spa) and clubhouse was nice. A short walk to pool and beach across the street. 3 bedrooms, master bedroom is nice and so is second bedroom. Third bedroom is small. We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed the condo. Ps. Would've like a regular coffee pot as we are coffee drinkers.

2 months of quiet and pure joy

We occupied this property for the last 2 months. It was delightful. The condo was clean, bright, spacious and super quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots of restaurants close by. Witnessed many rocket launches from the beach. If you’re into birding, there are some great spots about an hour away. Dunes Park is a delightful place to walk, too. The only difficulty we had was the code dial is very hard to see when it bright out.

Om værten

Vært: Ann Vieth

Værtens profilbillede
I’m a lifelong Floridian who has always loved spending time by the water, and New Smyrna Beach is truly my favorite place to unwind. I enjoy everything this area has to offer — from the no-drive beaches and Ponce Inlet views to the Saturday Farmer’s Market on Canal Street, golf, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Whether it’s exploring Bethune Beach, spotting manatees at Blue Springs or Haulover Canal, or just relaxing by the shore, I’m always reminded why NSB is such a special place to visit.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

I love Sun Beach Club for its peaceful atmosphere and how well-maintained the community is. In 2023, the property underwent a multi-million-dollar restoration, which really reflects the pride and care the community takes in keeping everything beautiful and welcoming.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

What makes Vitamin Sea stand out is its charming personality and attention to detail. It’s a quaint, coastal retreat that feels instantly welcoming the moment you walk in. Guests often tell me the photos don’t capture just how bright, spacious, and relaxing it truly is — most say they actually gasp when they see it in person!

I take pride in keeping the condo fresh and updated each year, adding thoughtful touches that make every stay more comfortable. Because I also use the unit personally, I experience it just like my guests do — and that helps me ensure everything is cared for and feels like a true home away from home. I hope you’ll get to experience its warm, beachy charm for yourself!
