Fantastic Pool-Villa in Fuente del Gallo for 6 persons, near to the beach, with free WiFi The holiday villa is situated approx. 500 m from the nice sandy beaches and abt. 1.500m from Conil, which you can reach best by a superb beach-walk. There are several holiday houses in this beautiful surroundings.
Andalusia-style luxurious holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a kitchen, living-room and a beautiful pool.
The villa has about 100 m² plus 20m2 porche, the nice garden abt. 500m2. There is room for up to 6 persons. It is well equipped and is provided by its own well.
You have a washing machine, dish-washer, microwave, coffee-machine - SAT-TV - open fireplace - garden - terrace + porche - garden furniture - BBQ + outdoor-kitchen - Swimming Pool - a shower is also outside. In the subtropical garden you have 4 deck-chairs and a garden-table with 6 chairs. To get to the car-parking you pass an own remote-controlled door.
The famous excursion cities like Seville, Gibraltar, Jerez and as well the oldest town in Europe, Cadiz, are all nearby. The route of the "white villages" of Andalucia start right in front your door step.
A 7th person can be accommodated with an extra bed. The additional cost is €12 per day from October to May and €25 per day from June to September.

** There are currently construction works taking place in the area near to the accommodation. As a result, occasional disturbances due to noise or dust may occur.
** From 2026, the house will be equipped with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Die Unterkunft ist i...

Die Unterkunft ist im spanischen Stil eingerichtet. Kein Luxus, aber zweckmäßig gut. Die Entfernung zum Strand ca. 15-20 Minuten Fussweg. Wenn etwas im Haus nicht funktioniert, wird innerhalb von 2 Stunden Abhilfe geschaffen super. Da der Pool nicht eingezäunt ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht so geeignet. Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Muy buena casa para alquilar

Llevo 4 años alquilando esta casa y lo seguiré haciendo, aunque en estos años se ha notado alguna falta de mantenimiento. La ubicación es buena, se puede ir andando a la playa y a los restaurantes de referencia de la zona.

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut in der Villa Juan gefallen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Garten mit Pool und liegt fußläufig zum Meer. Ein paar Sanierungsempfehlungen bzgl. des Herdes, quietschender Matratze und einer im Terrassenbereich hängenden Lampe an lediglich 2 Stromkabeln hätten wir. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett, kann aber nur spanisch. Das war etwas schwierig aber der Internetübersetzer konnte gut weiterhelfen.

die Gegend ist toll .. der Platz eigentlich auch wenn man allerdings im Winter vermietet sollte man gescheite Bettwäsche anbieten und nicht nur ein Sommerlaken plus ahle kunststoffdecke wir haben uns erst mal bettwäsche gekauft.. Die einzige Heizmöglichkeit war ein offener Kamin (allerdings nur wärmend wenn man direkt davor sitzt) und nur für leute die Übung imUmgang mit Holzfeuer haben.. Hier hätte wenigstens ein Start-vorrat ann anmachholz und brennholz vorrätig sein können dem pool und den liegen hätte eine reinigung nicht geschadet.. trotzdem ein toller platz mit toller umgebung Strand ca.600m City knapp 2km

Nettes, "kaltes" andalusisches Haus

Haus voller Charme, wobei die Zufahrt aufgrund vieler Schlaglöcher in der Sandpiste für meinen recht niedrig liegenden Wagen eine echte Herausforderung war. Bei nächtlichen Temperaturen bis nahe an den Gefrierpunkt ist zu beachten, dass es doch recht kalt in dem Haus werden kann.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft

Wir möchten uns für die schöne Unterkunft in der Casa Juan in Fuento del Gallo bedanken. Alles war wirklich wie beschrieben, nichts war geschönt. Das ganze Anwesen war sehr durchdacht und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und ein Grundstein an Gewürzen, Öl, Essig, Marmelade, Kaffee, Wasser etc. war bereits vorhanden. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet sodass man wirklich alles kochen konnte. Die Fliegengitterrollos an allen Fenstern u. das elektrische Rolltor waren auch prima. Bis auf den Hahn vom Nachbarn, der seine Weckfunktion sehr ernst genommen hat war es sehr ruhig. Auch hatte man eine schöne Fernsicht. Einzig die Zuwegungen dort generell zu den Häusern ist schon recht abendteuerlich (sehr steil und holprig)Sollten wir nochmal nach Conil fahren, dann in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank.

En general nos gusto...

En general nos gusto mucho la casa. Esta a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Conil y a nada de la playa del Roqueo. La cocina completamente equipada y dos baños grandes. Y sobre todo el jardin con la barbacoa (cubierta por si hace mucho sol) y la mesa fuera (hicimos alli todas las comidas y cenas). Y la piscina genial. Un poco profunda para los niños pero bien. Como punto negativo los colchones y las almohadas. Los colchones eran bastante duros y las almohadas muy altas. Los 6 que fuimos nos quejamos de que nos costaba dormir. Y el wifi aunque si que tiene la conexion es muy mala (lo mismo con la señal de la tele). El trato con la señora que nos fue a dar las llaves fue muy bueno, muy amable. Y como detalle de bienvenida nos habian dejado una botella de vino y una de agua. No me importaria volver

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, Pool recht groß und gut nutzbar alles was benötigt wird ist im Haus vorhanden. Check-in und Out waren OK allerdings sprachen die lokalen Gastgeber nur Spanisch. Die Lage ist schön nur ca 10 min zu Fuss zu dem wirklich schönen Strand, die direkten Zufahrtsstraßen sind allerdings holprig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Conil sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut geschnitten, es entspricht exakt den Bildern und Beschreibungen im Internet. Es ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber recht gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es liegt ruhig und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt.

Super ruhig und idyllisch gelegen (nur 7 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Supermarkt), toll ausgestattete Küche, sauberer Pool, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten (2 Erwachsene, 2 erwachsene Kinder + Kleinkind) einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vor-Ort-Abwicklung bei der Schlüsselübergabe. VIELEN DANK

Entspannte Ferien in Conil

Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die gute Zeit in der gemütlichen Unterkunft Casa Juan. Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gepflegte Haus, in ländlicher Umgebung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist inkl. Gewürzvorrat bestens ausgestattet. Die überdachte Terrasse läd zum Verweilen ein und der Pool war an Tagen mit zu starkem Wind eine gute Alternative zum Meer. Zum Strand Fuente del Callo kann man locker in 10 Minuten laufen. Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Andalusien verbracht. Vielen Dank auch an Familie Thiel für den guten Service. Muchas Gracias an den Vermieter für den leckeren Wein als Empfangsgeschenk und seinen netten Sohn, der uns freundlich empfangen hat.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Casa Juan ist ein wunderschönes sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, der Holzkohlengrill ein Traum- ideal für Hobbyköche zum Genießen der „Naturalien“ Andalusiens. Tolles Grundstück mit Pool, guter Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn, ruhige Gegend. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Ferien nächstes Jahr im Casa Juan!

Das Haus war super und sehr sauber. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte leider nicht. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr schlecht, da viele Schlaglöcher. Senir Juan sehr nett. Ein Tip: Für Notfälle waere es sinnvoll, die genaue Adresse im Haus zu hinterlegen. Wir haben das nicht gebraucht, aber hätten es veruhigend gefunden zu wissen, wohin man im Ernstfall Hilfe hätte bestellen können. Das tolle Wetter, der Garten und Pool waren phantastisch.

Casa Juan

Estuvimos en casa Juan una semana a mediados del mes de julio. La casa es perfecta, con todas las comodidades que se puedan necesitar, barbacoa y una piscina maravillosa. Está en una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez muy cercana al centro de Conil. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas, si alguna vez volvemos a Conil repetiremos. Me gustaría agradecer las facilidades a la hora de reservar. Muchas gracias por todo Un saludo
