Beach Therapy is a 2 Bed / 2 Bath Condo. The master has a master king bed w/ private bath with shower stall. Master has a slider door to the balcony. Second bedroom has full-size bunk beds, w/ full-size pull-out trundle. THAT'S 4 BEDS ALTOGETHER! There is a Wii game console in the second bedroom for down times. Second bath has a deep tub.

The kitchen is a full kitchen, equipped with a microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, and more. There is an amazing COFFEE BAR, stocked with coffee grounds and single-serve pods, along with cream and sugar essentials. Kitchen is also fully stocked with spices, dishes, utensils, mugs, wine glasses, and cooking and baking supplies.

The living is framed with large windows and sliding doors to the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. There is a smart TV in the living room, along with comfortable living space and adequate seating. Living room also has books, board games, and card games.

We provide the essentials to have a great day at the beach, and making your packing hassle-free. There are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, bodyboards/boogieboards, beach toys, and even a beach cart for easy transportation of equipment.

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic 5-star stay at every level! The condo is ideally located - Just steps from the beach and within driving distance of restaurants, stores, etc. Interior was spotless and very cool decor - Kitchen, bathrooms, etc. are well equipped with anything you might need. Communication with host was excellent prior to and throughout our stay. We will be back!

Amazing experience staying here! The hosts are quick to respond to any questions, the condo is so clean, and very close to the beach walk out! We had a great time and would stay again. Also, you get great sunrise photos of the ocean on the balcony!

Perfect for the beach!

If you're looking for convenience to the sand, this is the place. Porch is serene, TV is mounted straight on the wall (this is the kind of stuff I notice), beds are super comfy, and the pool is great! Highly recommend.

Great condo - perfect location

This place is clean, tastefully updated and has very comfortable beds. Awesome view of the ocean from the porch and living room window. We thought we’d feel isolated being so far north but actually, the beach was a little quieter and there was far less road traffic. There was some noise during the day from the condo above but nothing crazy. We would choose this place again, no problem.

Just the therapy we needed!

We had a lovely weekend stay, wish we could have stayed longer! PROS: a clean, comfortable, updated & well stocked condo; Bee and Joe were kind and communicative from booking to exit; easy access to parking & the beach; quick 10 minute drive to local restaurants & shops; nice view of the beach from the porch. CONS: small master bath, but hallway bathroom was great; couch is not terribly comfortable, but has a great living room view!

Great Vacay!!

The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We brought beach chairs from home, but never took them out of the car because the owners provided them with the unit. We loved the super easy access to both the pool and the beach. And the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend and will likely return in the future. One more thing. The owners Bee and Joe were highly responsive and hospitable.

Loved this place!

During hurricane Helene we had a lot of concerns. The owners were amazing in reassuring us for safety reasons. We also had an internet outage on the whole area. They were also on top of it communicating with us. The Condo is cute and fun and has an amazing view!! We had to go out the door walk a few feet and we were right there at the beach which we loved!

Clean with Great View

Property is as advertised with great views and cleanliness. The area is quieter than the more well known beaches and located fairly close to stores that may be needed during the stay. Owners communicate quickly and clearly, leaving no confusion about the rental and policies. The only suggestion I would make is the secondary bedroom with bunk beds does not have a smart TV, so if traveling with children, make sure to have chargers for their devices. Overall, this was a great property to stay at and I would recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway and would stay here again!

Awesome Beach spot!

Very quiet for a condo spot - the parking and beach access are both super easy. The master bathroom is verrryyy small but it’s an older building so it’s enough to get the job done. Beautifully remodeled and comfortable furnishings. Only thing that would be a nice edition are some mirrors in the bedrooms so that us ladies can continue getting ready if you’re sharing the bathrooms with multiple people.

Great communication

The homeowners were very responsive to any and all questions that I had. The listing was accurate. A/C was fantastic! Wifi was great! Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Water pressure was very good. Constructive feedback: Countertops in the kitchen were not cleaned well along with the white coffee table. Lastly, outdoor chairs were very uncomfortable. I recommend getting outdoors cushions .

Our stay

My sister and I came to start the process of our deceased fathers estate. The countertop in the kitchen was not cleaned or the bedside tables. The hall bathroom outlet is not accessible to plug in your hairdryer. The tv’s in the bedroom have app’s. But you have to log into your account, which I don’t think you should have to do when paying to stay somewhere. No toilet paper in the master bedroom. Not sure if you’re able to provide paper parking passes, so you don’t have to go back up to the condo to return the hard copy on checkout day. The chair’s on the balcony are not sturdy. It was a little noisy and you could hear the people above walking around. Maybe provide a list of restaurants and thing’s to do in the area, as well as a basket with essentials in case someone has realized they left something at home. Because you’re on a an island. Just a thought.

Of course there are some things that are out of our control, such as the layout of the unit and the fact that it is a condo with multiple units in one building. Gorgeous beach stay

Bee and Joe's home was perfect for a quick beach getaway for my wife and I. They were very good with communication which is something I always look for. It's in a great location as well and we loved the views of the ocean from the condo. The place was clean, and well-stocked. Loved the decor and the color theme. We will definitely return and we highly recommend.

Our family loves the beach, from playing in the sand to fishing to catching sand creatures. North Topsail Beach offers all of that, and the beaches are beautiful and quieter than other more popular beaches.

North Topsail Beach is simply breathtaking. It's a mixture between small quaint town and island vacation getaway. There's interesting and fun activities for kids and family around the area. There's so much to explore.
