Cute, 2 bedroom half duplex located on beautiful 8th Street in Key Colony Beach. Extra wide canal and 37 feet of deep water dockage! Shaded dock area perfect for cleaning your catch of the day. Just minutes through the tranquil Key Colony Beach canals to the open Atlantic and Vaca Cut to access the open Gulf! Prime boating, fishing, diving location. Inside you will be delighted to find a comfortable living and seating area where the natural light pours through. The bright kitchen offers a large island, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and all the essentials to have your home away from home in the Keys! Walk to Key Colony Inn for dinner or cook your catch at home!
This half duplex boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and the first bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a twin and full. This is a walk through bedroom. The Master suite offers a King bed and a twin bunk bed as well as an updated bathroom with walk in shower.
Trailer parking on site as the lot offers a large gravel parking area. Laundry on site. 37 feet of deep dockage, covered fish cleaning table and comfortable hammock perfectly positioned for canal viewing of wildlife and ultimate relaxation! 3 Bikes Included!

Family vacation

Cozy place with all the amenities we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath accessories, large dock with Tiki hut. Access to nearby pool and private beach. Really nice place, wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Perfect fishing getaway

This duplex was the perfect place for my husband and father-in-law. The decor was so tasteful! The kitchen and unit were outfitted with a lot more than I expected. It felt homey and I honestly would buy that place outright if I could. Highly recommend!!

Mini Season 2022

Enjoyed our stay! So thankful owners decided to put this one on the rental market. Really appreciated the extras not listed: bait freezer, paddle boards, and some others now visible in listing. Trailer parking a major plus as well. I will take note that only 1 roll of TP per bath was included. When we return to KCB, I will definitely check to see if The Landing Pad is available first! Thank you!
