Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Key Colony Beach retreat. Guests can unwind in the tranquil living room with water views. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

We book Saturday-Saturday but may do last minute adjustments if available. Fall (mid Aug-mid Dec is flexible check in and out)

Enjoy the added on living room for more space to spread out! Bedrooms are NOT pass through, max occupancy is 5 guests.

Wifi for all our guests. ALL flat screen HD TVs, 60" smart Tv in living room with Netflix that you can log onto your account! 32' in dining room 43" Smart TV in guest bedroom, 43" smart TV in Master bedroom! Crock pot, all kitchen gadgets, outdoor shower and much more!

Relax and recharge in our tropically furnished fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home on 9th Street. King bed in Master bedroom, Queen in guest room, twin sleeper sofa, and full-size futon affords many sleeping options!

Walk over to Sunset Park for a sunset you will long remember.

Kitchen is fully equipped and completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, convection/regular 6 burner oven, stainless steel appliances, spices or you can enjoy cooking your catch on the gas grill, or there are many great restaurants in the immediate area.

All linens and towels included!

2-person kayak and 2 single kayaks plus a new paddleboard are available for our guests at no extra charge!

Please bring your boat as the private 37.5' deep water dockage (included) can handle significant vessels. You will be ready for some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world via the quick access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut. Room for boat trailer. There is a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, extra fridge/freezer for food and drinks and an outdoor shower!

Enjoy our membership to serene and quiet Cabana Club
(VERY RARE for rentals!), beach chairs included and also the with jr. Olympic size heated or chilled pool, private beach, snack bar, restaurant, poolside and beach side servers.

There are also 5 adult and 2 kids beach cruiser bikes to explore the island included with rental! We have hammocks, a corn hole game and a GREAT underwater dock light to watch the sea life in the evening from the dock! Even manatees have been seen!

There are 2 sets of golf clubs for your use at Key Colony golf course on 8th St (par 3-9 hole)

This VRBO was perfect for our family. We had an excellent stay. Lots of extra amenities were available that added so much to our trip. We really enjoyed the beach club and kayaking around the area. The communication was great and the hosts were incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

This property had everything we needed for a great vacation! The location is great for boaters with very easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic. The dock fit our 25’ boat but can definitely accommodate a larger one. Our 29’ trailer also fit in the driveway however anything larger than that will not. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The bait freezer and outdoor fridge was great to have for all of our lobster and fish caught. Joe was wonderful to work with from ownership changes, check in and even when we had a question. We’d happily rebook again.

Our stay at Keys Escape was a great experience. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was great to have use of the beach chairs, cooler and bicycles. The Cabana club was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Even had a couple great meals on the grill. Joe was a great host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay. We look forward to staying at Keys Escape in the future.

Very central to everything in Marathon. Key Colony Brach is a safe, beautiful community. House is well equipped with everything we needed. Fun to be on a canal. Lots of birds to watch. Having the use of bicycles and the Cabana Club was wonderful.

What a fantastic home away from home! Everything you could possibly need is already there. From kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware, to beach towels, hammocks, kayaks, bikes, life jackets, and sand toys - there was never something we wished we had that wasn’t there. We didn’t even have time to use all the included things. We loved having access to the cabana club, taking in the sunset at sunset park and checking each night for what fish we could see in the canal. The lights strung on the pergola made it the perfect spot to hang out every evening to enjoy the weather and family time. The house was clean and very comfortable. Joe was great to communicate with and gave wonderful tips and suggestions when asked. We would 100% stay here again and again!
Patio where we ate every meal we made ate home and played family games every night.

Great place

The property really had everything we needed or could want. The canal was gorgeous and the provided hammocks were a huge hit to just lay in the breeze. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to relax

Great location, close to everything, right on canal, kayak and bicycles available for guests. Very well equipped with everything you need for vacation. Highly recommend and definitely will go again.

Key colony

Overall a very good property. The location is good boating access for ocean and gulf.Trailer parking is adequate for 22ft boat. Mught be tight for bigger. Nicely furnished. Only con was AC in bedroom was too loud to watch TV in there. Inch beach was a small beach, good as keys beaches go.
