We had a great stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. You can't beat the location, it was perfect for walking to everything downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet too. The hosts were wonderful as well.

Our Vrbo was centrally located, very host and pet friendly. Easy parking. Lacking on grounds upkeep. Inside comforts make it easy for vacay or overnight get away.

Lovely place to stay for a wedding we recently went to in Prescott. Vinny and Deb were very helpful with the check in process, which was such a relief! The hosts were quick to respond, and easy to message as I had a few questions during our stay. Great place to stay with the location close to the historic downtown area where there are many specialty shops, restaurants and saloons to enjoy while visiting the area. Enjoy a picturesque day drive to Jerome and Sedona, and come back to relax here!

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything needed, making it easy to settle in. Additionally, I could walk to downtown events and shopping from the property. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided timely answers to questions or concerns that I had. The fully fenced yard was the main reason I rented the property, so I didn’t need to worry about my dog while I was inside. (My dog always stays inside the home while I’m gone.) The only drawback to the backyard was that it was filled with weeds, not grass. The weeds were trimmed while I was there. There was a smaller fenced area that was in slightly better shape.

This is a beautiful home. Owner was extremely communicative and helpful prior to the stay and during the stay. The home was clean and had so many great extras. The location of the Home is so close to Whisky Row. We walked back-and-forth to restaurants and the courthouse courtyard multiple times a day with our toddler. We hope to be able to come back next time we’re in town!

The property was spacious and met all of our needs. Great location, a seven minute walk to the Courthouse and downtown. Vinny and Deb were very communicative. Would stay here again.
