Situated in Davis Shores, this Saint Augustine pool home is in a great central location: One mile north is historic downtown, and one mile south is the entrance to the Anastasia State Park, the closest (and the best) beach in town. Spend a few days here and we think you'll agree: Davis Shores is the ideal Oldest City neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to some of the best breweries, bars and restaurants.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two light-filled living rooms (each with their own Smart TV's), and a screened in pool, this property suits a variety of needs. While most of the homes original 80’s features still live on today, it's furnished with brand new, comfortable mid-century flair, and designed for true vacation leisure.

In the backyard, you'll find a large, screened-in pool with an outdoor dining table and 5-burner propane grill, nestled beneath a massive live oak tree and surrounded by lush green foliage. Totally private, the screen enclosure also helps keep bugs away, making it the perfect spot to lounge during any time of the day.

With a fully stocked kitchen, plus a garage with washer and dryer, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella, you'll find everything you need for stays both short and long. (Discounts for longer bookings!) Plus, you'll find a custom welcome book with curated recommendations for fantastic local restaurants, beaches and activities.

-No parties whatsoever allowed, with quiet hours strictly enforced after 10pm.
-Maximum six guests
-While the pool is screened, there is no safety gate for children. By making a reservation, you agree we are not liable for any accidents or injuries in or around the pool.
-Pool is not heated

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more for our 5 night stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, attractions and the beaches. The pool area is lush and private with plenty of seating. Zander was very quick to answer any questions I had. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. If you are visiting St Augustine and looking for a place to stay, this is a great choice!

Location! Location! Location!

Our family has stayed many times in St Augustine over the past 30 years and this property is an ideal location for everything you could want to do! Many great restaurants in the neighborhood and just a lovely 15-20 min walk over the Bridge of Lions to the historic Downtown. So close to the beautiful beach at the state park. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults and was well equipped
