Two en-suite bedrooms, a sitting porch off the dining room, a lounge/BBQ area off the living room, remodeled bathrooms, and an updated kitchen for even the most discerning amateur chef within us all. This 2nd floor unit packs in all the amenities of a luxury hotel along with the comforts of home.
The fully gated and secure Deauville neighborhood is one of Palm Springs most sought-after condo destinations. Beautifully manicured landscaping and an expansive pool and spa area is available year-round for all to enjoy.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
