Manzanita Updated Dog Friendly 5 Min Walk to Beach, Office great for remotework!

Updated with new finishes and furnishings and under new management since 2022!

Manzanita Bliss is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to the quaint town of Manzanita. You'll enjoy resting in the comfort of this cozy home and sitting outside on the patio or deck taking in the fresh sea air. Manzanita Beach is a small, friendly beach town 23 miles south of Seaside, OR and 25 miles north of Tillamook. It's known for its beautiful 7-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops and friendly people.

This home accommodates 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house has recently been updated with new finishes, amenities and furnishings to make sure your stay is the most memorable. The main floor is made up of an open plan Kitchen, Living , Dining and Reading/ Game Area. The living room features a large L sectional with sleeper sofa and Smart TV. A small seating area in front of the gas log fireplace and reading / game area give everyone plenty of options to sit and relax. A small office off the main living area features a desk and daybed.

Bedrooms have all been updated for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom upstairs includes a king size bed, lounge area, desk, full bath and private sun deck. The large bedroom downstairs includes two queen size beds as well as a full private bath. The living room features a large sectional with queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen has been updated with a expansive island and counter seating for four. It is well equipped for cooking meals, or simply bring in take-out and enjoy eating at dining table inside or outside (both accommodate 6). A BBQ with BBQ utensils is provided in the back garden deck area.

Our studio office in the back garden feature a desk, futon and TV with DVD player.

Manzanita Bliss is Pet Friendly and allows reservations to have 2 Dogs up to 50 pounds. We do charge a pet fee of $20.00 per night for reservations with Pets. Please make sure to add your pet to your reservation at time of booking.

A covered front patio features 4 Adirondack Chairs and a firepit as well as a outdoor heater for rainy days or cooler evenings.

An outdoor shower with warm water is provided to wash off sand from the beach.

If you really want to sit down and watch the waves, sunrise or sunset, the Manzanita beach is the place!!

*Boating ~ Three private marinas and five public launch ramps provide extensive access to Nehalem Bay and rivers.

*Crabbing ~ Dungeness crab is available in Nehalem Bay almost any time of the year.

*Dogs ~ Manzanita is a dog friendly town. A relaxed atmosphere and uncrowded beaches means your favorite friend will have a good time.

*Farmers Market ~ Every Friday from 5 to 8 mid June to mid September in the Sotheby’s parking lot. Fresh local produce, eggs, meat, food and all things farm.

*Fishing ~ Every month offers some variety of fish – salmon, steelhead, sturgeon or trout – in Nehalem Bay or rivers.

*Fitness ~ There’s an extensive public facility in Nehalem as well as commercial facilities in Manzanita.

*Fourth of July Parade ~ Manzanita has the best Fourth of July parade on the coast. Pure small town fun.

*Golf ~ Every hole offers views of Neahkahnie Mountain, sounds of nearby surf and the scent of ocean air.
