Tenants have access to the community pool, hot tub, and a 1,000-foot lighted fishing pier. WiFi and cable TV are available in each unit which are independently owned, and each has its own unique style and decor. This waterfront resort overlooks the shores of Aransas Bay. Downtown Rockport is just a few blocks away and features unique stores for shopping.
