DIESE WOHNUNG IST EINFACH EINE DER BESTEN IN DIESER PÜNKTLICH GEWARTETEN ENTWICKLUNG

Wir haben gerade eine umfassende Umgestaltung abgeschlossen, einschließlich neuer italienischer Bodenfliesen im Format 18 x 18, neuer Küchen- und Badschränke mit Granitoberflächen und brandneuer Teakholzmöbel im Plantagenstil.

Unser Zuhause in der Ferne befindet sich im dritten Stock und bietet einen weiten Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer aus. Unsere Einheit ist auch auf das wunderschöne INNENRAUM des Komplexes ausgerichtet und / oder überblickt den gut gepflegten tropischen Landschafts- und Poolbereich (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Einheiten mit Blick auf das Äußere und / oder den Bergblick / Parkplatzbereich).

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Kauhale Makai Resort und ist auch als Village by the Sea bekannt. Unsere Adresse lautet 938 South Kihei Road, Nr. 328, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, und wir befinden uns auf der Meerseite der Kihei Road. Unsere Einheit bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen mit einem brandneuen Serta-Kingsize-Bett mit luxuriösen 600er-Laken und einem Queensize-Futon im Wohnzimmer.

Unser Apartmentkomplex verfügt über eine bemannte Lobby, einen Concierge-Service für die Buchung Ihrer Ausflüge, Aufzüge, Münzwaschräume auf jeder Etage, einen neu gestalteten Poolbereich sowie ein Kinderbecken und einen Whirlpool, Gaskamine neben dem Pool, ein Putting Green und einen Volleyball Gericht und Shuffleboard. Wir haben auch die unglaublichsten Ocean Side Tennisplätze direkt neben unserem Komplex. Und wir haben Breitband-Highspeed-Internet (die schnellste Geschwindigkeit der Insel).

Wir sind 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen Maui - Kahului entfernt. Wir sind 2 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Kihei mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Wir sind nur 5 Minuten von den weltberühmten Stränden Kamaole I, II und III entfernt. Das schöne Wailea und das gehobene Einkaufszentrum "Shops at Wailea" sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Maui ist weltberühmt für seine Strände und Sie werden feststellen, dass Sie vom Strand vor unserer Unterkunft endlos an der Küste entlang wandern können.

Wir haben einen Aktivitätsdirektor in unserer Lobby, der Ihnen bei der Buchung von endlosem Spaß behilflich sein kann. Dazu gehören: Luaus, Walbeobachtungstouren, Segeln, Reiten, Schnorcheln, Golf, Radtouren auf einem Vulkan, Weinproben, Angeln, Jetski, Windsurfen. surfen usw usw usw usw

This property was well positioned for access to all the restaurants and public beach parks of Kihei without being right by them. It was a good value for the area and great for a couple. This particular unit doesn't face the sunset but there's a large yard and sandy beach on property to view sunset or watch the activity on the cove and beyond.

Stay in Kihei for a few days

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Condo. It looked and felt as advertised. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be the bed, mattress, and pillows - I think they have aged and they should be replaced for a more comfortable stay.

The condo was in an beautiful area and some very beautiful views of Maalaea Bay. the room was nice except for the TV’s, they where not very easy to operate and never was able to get the living room tv to work but we where not there to much to use them.

Great spot for Maui

This place worked great for our first stay in Maui. Enjoyed staying in Kihei at a central location in proximity to both ends of the island. Having a comfortable bed with air conditioning and a ceiling fan was important to us, and this fit the bill. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and could see the ocean from our balcony. The condo had an old Hawaiian feel, which was really nice as well.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

Great communication in renting this nice condo on the coast in Kihei. Quiet complex with a nice pool near the beach. Nice deck with beautiful views. Well-equipped kitchen. Not right downtown but close enough to be convenient. A very relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful quiet condo by the beach

What a great little condo! A bit far from town for walking but it's a nice, quiet property. The views from the lanai are breathtaking and I will miss waking up to all the birds. The beach is just a few minutes walk, which was so nice to take advantage of. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you need including beach gear and a cooler. Tastefully decorated and the perfect size for a couple. We would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your place with us.

Honestly I’m really upset. We were extremely excited about this stay. Unfortunately flights were canceled do to weather conditions. As soon as I was made aware I emailed the property manager. In an attempt to give as much notice as possible. I am upset about the money lost. However, I am more upset by the way it was handled. As far as communication with the property manager. I received “This is really not my problem”. I understand there wasn’t time to re-rent, even though all flights were canceled. Rescheduling was also made unavailable.

Convenient location - Lovely View - Ask about Construction Progress

My wife and I Honeymoon'd here for 10 days and had a lovely time. Its a very convenient location (short 6-7 minute walk to Azeka shopping center (food and services; Wailea shops for more souvenirs /high end stuff n junk). The view of Maalaea Bay is stunning and sunsets on the green space or beach are very romantic. One thing to keep in mind is that this building is under construction. The balconies (Lanais) are showing some wear from the elements and are being worked on. These are concrete so there is noticeable jack hammering and construction noise during work hours. This didn't have much impact on our stay as we were out and about most days, but this fact was not offered up as we were booking our stay. I didn't observe much progress during our time there so I expect it to continue (just my guess) for another 6 months plus. Just make it a point to ask where the construction is at as the balcony of this unit is definitely tagged for work and it would really suck to have it blocked off or being hammered on during your stay. Other than that this is a great location with a very fair price. The pool area is nice, but is often dominated by families with small children (they camp out there hard; like 6+ hours a day), but after sunset is often more calm. There are several free-to-use propane grills in the garden as well that are a nice option when wanting to stay in.The residents are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back for an Anniversary :)

Great place to stay for a while in Maui

Very nice appartement. We felt very comfortable with the location. Short distance to the beach, no traffic noises to hear in the apt. Beach chairs and cooler (we did not use them). Kitchen well organized. Wireless LAN operated very well (high speed). Nice Pool area and comfortable BBQ, both are cleaned every day.

Great Family Resort!

The property grounds are very well maintained. The pool and BBQ areas were sparked up daily by the resort staff who were all so kind and skilled.The condo had two Tommy Bahama chairs available for us to use and a couple of beach towels which was all we needed to get started. The kitchen had simple amenities and included all the basics.The highlight for us was the daily pool meetups with other families that had kids the same age. This crew would usually clear out around 11 and make way for the quiet book-reading poolside adults. There were always enough chairs for everyone.If you have a rental car I strongly recommend this spot. It’s within a 10 minute drive of so many beaches, shopping, Maui Ocean Center, quick to/from Kahului and good access to West Maui!

Love this condo just needs some fixing up

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We love staying in this complex it’s close to everything. The condo has a beautiful view and everything you need. There’s just a few things that needs attention. The curtains have food on them and need to be cleaned. One of the screens on the doors are completely ripped on bottom half but neither one barely open or close and are very loud. These are minor things but we felt like we were bothering are neighbors every time we wanted to go on Lanai, it’s such a peaceful and quiet place. Maholo

Just OK

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in February 2025. Pros: The views from the lanai are absolutely beautiful. We saw whales every day. The location on the island is close to everything. Cons: This accommodation did not meet my standard of cleanliness. Cupboards, cutlery and fridge were dirty. Behind and under the bed was very dirty. The coffee maker and blender had not been cleaned in along time - I went to Walmart and bought my own. Aside from the flooring and countertops, this place is in need of some TLC, updating and a thorough cleaning. For the rent and cleaning fees we paid, I expected far better. On a side note (and no fault of the owner) the pool area is very small and there is no bathroom. Every day we saw people spend a long time in the pool without leaving.

We have been very involved in the property and on our six week stays, we make sure that everything meets our standards. We have been with VRBO since 1999, one of the beginning members. It is truly our home away from home.

We bought this property in 1983 because of its beautiful surroundings, great location on the water, close proximity to shopping, elevator, in unit air conditioning and beautiful view of the ocean. At night, the lights of Maalaea Harbor are lit up, and you can see the far away lights of cars coming and going to Lahaina. Whales are constantly seen from the lanai during whale season.

Free whale watching from our lanai. A view of what is happening at the pool and BBQ area. Watching the sail boats stop in front of our complex to let their paying guests swim with the turtles. Watching sail boarders in the afternoon zipping to and fro from our lanai. Wading in and walking through hand made areas where fish reach maturity along our beaches. Letting go of life's complications and just relaxing and enjoying the birds and ocean views. Staying connected with love one's through our high speed wifi.
