Den Kihei Kai Nani Resort är en populär, sedan länge etablerad, South Maui destination ligger i ett fint område. Vår Deluxe 1-sovrum lägenhet har en strand och havsutsikt. Interiören är 621 kvadratfot och Lanai är en extra 100 kvm ft. Vi finns nära de mycket exklusiva orter i Wailea, ännu, våra priser är rimliga. Den Kihei Kai Nani är en semesteranläggning ligger på sex tunnland tropiska trädgårdar i soliga South Kihei nära Wailea. Det ligger på den södra sidan av Maui ca 9-miles / 20 minuter från flygplatsen. Kihei Kai Nani ligger tvärs över gatan från Kamaole Beach II, en av Maui finaste badstränder med badvakter. Den Snorkel är också stor utanför punkten mellan Kamaole Stränder II och III. Den Kai Nani ligger inom gångavstånd från restauranger och butiker. Gå till allt. Stora shopping destinationer (Costco, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) är en kort bilresa bort. Detta är en stor stadsdel.

Anläggningen har en 60-fot. pool, en stor tvättstuga och gratis off-parkeringsplatser. Gas BBQs och picknickbord finns i hela komplexet. Det finns en stor upphöjd trä paviljong och däck område där du kan vara värd en egen insamling. Enheten är laddade med solstolar och barns strand leksaker.

Kom till Maui och bada, fiska, surfa, segla, shoppa, golf, cykel 38-miles ner Haleakala Volcano, snorkla. Besök den historiska valfångst staden Lahaina och ta den natursköna vägen till outvecklade Hana. Se knölvalar utanför de Kamaole stränderna under vintersäsongen.

Was an excellent choice for us as we visited in March so it wasn’t real hot yet. If you visit in summer this condo has a wall unit A/C and fans. It was fine for us as the temp wasn’t that hot yet but in the middle of summer I don’t think the A/C would be enough. It has everything you need as we made breakfast everyday. Pack lightly as there are no elevators and you’re on the 2nd floor. But it’s clean and cozy. I’d stay here again-you’re right in the middle of town!

Nice Island Feel

We enjoyed our visit and stay at this unit. The place is literally a few hundred feet from the ocean. We could hear the ocean waves at night. The condominium was clean and had a nice island decor feel to it. We would recommend this place to someone else.

Just Right for Us... Location, Location, Location

We had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent. We snorkeled at Kamaole Beach II right across the street and saw lots of fish and sea turtles. There are many walkable places to eat, get coffee, shave ice, shopping, etc. We never had trouble getting a good parking spot. The A/C was much more needed that i thought it would be, so be sure you get a place with A/C. I would absolutely stay here again, but would bring my own pillow. The ones here are very full or very flat, but I'm picky about my pillows so I won't hold it against them. Just letting you know so you can plan accordingly. Thank you so much for sharing you little piece of paradise with us! Can't wait to come back!!

Kihei adventure

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The views from the lanai were incredible, steps away from tasty food, beautiful beach and a great place to start a morning run from. The unit was very cozy and had everything we needed. Susan was an amazing host and helped us to modify our dates when our flight to Maui was canceled due to a storm. Would recommend to anyone!

First time in Maui

My wife and I brought our daughter for a senior trip. We loved the property right across the street from the beach. Shopping was close, traveling to activities was easy, and the host makes it feel like home. If we needed something, a cooler, Ziploc bags, snorkel gear, whatever else you can think of, there is a pretty good chance it was available on the property.

Wonderful Experience Close to Beach

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was incredibly clean and had a great amount of space for us (2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen was very helpful and it was close proximity to a grocery store. Aside from the outstanding cleanliness, the best part about this place was how close it was to the beach. We walked across the street (with a very safe crosswalk on a slow road) to the beach multiple times over the 3 days. It was also a short drive to other great beaches in Kihei and Wailea. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Location! Location! Walk across the street to the beach. The beaches Are clean and not crowded. Multiple restaurants And shops located within walking distance. The sunsets are amazing along with the ocean View from the lanai.

Perfectly Situated Family Vacation

Location, location, location. This unit is perfectly situated right across the street from Kam II. Walkable to many beaches, restaurants and convenient stores. Being in Kihei puts you in the perfect position to visit all parts of the island. The lanai had wonderful views of the beach, ocean, Kaho'olawe and Molokini Crater. We ate ever meal that wasn’t at a restaurant on the lanai enjoying the views. Also, the unit has an added bonus of being on the second floor, increasing both your view and privacy. The unit itself was very functional. A good sized bedroom with a large comfortable bed and tv. We took advantage of the pack n play provided. The bathroom was off the hallway. Very useful if you have a napping little one in the bedroom. Small shampoos, conditioners and body washes are provided. Hair dryer provided though anemic. A big pantry includes every odd n end item you could think of. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets and pillow cases, kitchen towels. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, oven and microwave. We ate in almost every breakfast and a few lunches/dinner. The kitchen had ever item we needed! Toddler booster seat provided, which made a HUGE difference for us. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The complex itself was a good mix of permanent residence, long term rentals and short term rentals. We did not take advantage of the pool, so I cannot speak to it.

It’s all about location!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has everything you need for a great time in Maui, including an ocean view! Loved having breakfast on the lanai while watching whales spout in the distance. The communication was top notch. It is a lively location, on the main road next to lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s not for those that want quiet and seclusion. The unit has a full kitchen and bath. There is a/c, but the breeze and ceiling fans kept it comfortable in the spring. It is a little tight for 4 adults, but we were in Maui, don’t want to complain too much. Great for a young family of 4 or 2-3 adults. Love that there was free parking, a pool, and paid laundry available. If you’re looking to stay in Kihei, highly recommend this place. We would definitely book here again.

Great find on Maui!

This property is perfectly located, both on the island and within the complex. The photos clean, comfortable, well-appointed, quiet and just steps from Kamaole beach - a fairly wide sand beach with calm surf, lifeguards and good vantage points for spectacular sunsets. Some may opt for the high priced resorts in Wailea or elsewhere on the island as we also have in the past, but we much preferred staying here … which is actually fewer steps to the water, less fuss, and has a kitchen, sitting area and the highlight for us - the large lanai with a good ocean view. The host is kind, communicative, very thoughtful in having anticipated and provided for just about anything a guest may need, and really embodies the spirit of aloha. Looking forward to being back soon!

Ocean view

This property was a perfect place for us to stay. We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and we could sit on the lanai and watch the whales! The king size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the popular “wall” across the street. A lot of food places are walkable. Susan answered all my text with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again

Fun and Relaxing

This property was so fun and totally relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated. It just made you think of the islands everywhere you looked. It was right across the street from a beautiful beach which we could totally see from our deck. It was fun to watch people walking around and enjoying the sun and being out and about. We so enjoyed sitting on deck watching it all. The condo was well stocked with everything! The bed was very comfortable. The pool and surrounding area were really nice...total relaxation. We would definitely return to this condo...a little bit paradise for sure.

Room with a view

The view from the lanai is amazing, and at a great value. My teen daughter and I stayed 5 nights. It is in the heart of South Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby. Family friendly Kam II beach is directly across the street! Don't miss watching the sunset at da wall ♡ we enjoyed every minute of this trip ♡

Great Location with Great Experience

We had a great time staying at this place. It was our very first time visiting Maui, and Susan as a great host, have given me lots of info and tips prior our visit, including where to rent a car and how to get around places etc. We were very lucky as her place is such a great location. We are two minutes walking distance to Kamole 2 beach, just have to cross the street. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The place is well stocked with cookware, towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, Sun umbrella, sand toys, and some starter shampoo and conditioner. Our daughter also enjoyed the pool a lot as she felt safe and happy playing in it. The resort also has laundry facility, which you could watch your own laundry, and the machines take coins, and there’s a coin machine for your exchange. The apartment had three or four standing fans, two ceiling fans, and an AC unit in the living room. The king size bed was comfortable, and the three of us slept comfortably. We are very happy with our stay, and if we ever go back to Maui, we would love to stay here again!
