The villa and pool are immaculately maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and provide both easy access and privacy. The onsite hosts provide cleaning, laundry, breakfast and dinner. They are available but not intrusive. Samara and it's beaches are welcoming for tourists but still maintain a local vibe. We used the Liberia airport and an Alamo rental car, both seamless experiences. We're already looking to return next year.

The kitchen was well equipped; could us an electric kettle ( might be a Canadian thing. Hosts were readily available but not intrusive. Great cooking. Pool is a major asset, especially with children. 20-30 species of birds circulate through each morning.

We traveled as a multi-generational family, and this beautiful home was the perfect place to gather and make special memories together. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the thoughtful layout that gave everyone space while keeping us connected.Every excursion was so much fun and the concierge, Christopher, was phenomenal to work with, helping us plan everything with ease! Alex and Jenny were truly a gift. They were always ready to help and prepared delicious meals that our whole family enjoyed. We are so grateful for their hospitality and left with full hearts and wonderful memories.
Spectacular sunsets every night.
Delicious meals prepared for us each day.

We had an amazing trip. It felt like a once in a lifetime vacation. The villa was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Everything was very clean and Alex and Jenny were great! We took advantage of meals being prepared every day and it was so nice to sit around the table with the beautiful backdrop and wonderful food. All of us, ages 5 to 75 enjoyed the pool daily.

Fantastic Stay

As other reviewers have noted, this property is gorgeous, but what pales in comparison to even the view and infinity pool is alex and jenny, their kindness, yummy cooking, and help makes the property 10/5 stars!

Vacation

Our experience was superior to all other of our VRBO stays. The hosts, Alex and Jenny, were especially helpful. Every meal they made for us was better than any meal we could get in the restaurants. We will try to stay here every time we come back to Costa Rica.

Excellent location

Everything about the house was amazing. The pool and outdoor living areas were just what we needed on a winter vacation with the views out to the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets every night. But the most amazing thing about the house is Alex and Jenny who made this a place we decided to continue to visit. They made the most delicious meals every day and worked to create the most relaxing trip ever.

My wife, parents and adult sisters stayed at Villa Amore for a week to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. Everything about the week was great. There is not much more to be said that has not been said in previous reviews . The food is incredible. I hope to book again with some friends.

Dear Andrew and Family, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your honest and kind feedback. It was our pleasure hosting you and your family. We are extremely pleased that you had great vacation, and that we were able to provide you with the quality and service that met your expectation. We also happy to hear that Alex and Jenny did provide you with a great service and comfort throughout your entire stay. In regards to your comment on the bathrooms, each of the bathrooms are 54 square feet in size, and to add further, during the villa design and construction, we made sure that, all the villa dimensions meets and exceeds the minimum standard requirements, giving to ourselves and our guests the most quality and comfort during their special vacation stay. Again, thank you for choosing Villa Amore for your vacation and look forward to having you back soon. Best Regards, George & Isabella

Wow! We had such a time. The home is beautiful, well kept and run by the best staff. The surroundings allow you to see wildlife in the trees, whales in the ocean, and birds in the sky. Every meal was exceptional and the concierge service set up our airport shuttles, rental cars and the best excursions. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return one day
