This is the 4th time we have booked Stay Rogue in Gold Hill and it's always a nice time. Beautiful by the river and close to Medford and surrounding areas.. Thanks again!
We like to visit our family in Medford and found this wonderful place on the Rogue River. It is very restful and pleasant, has a grocery store nearby. We cook all our meals there. It's our Go To place!!
We had a great stay while visiting family in Medford. We wanted a place on the river. This was perfect. Plenty of kitchen space to cook, it was very clean, easy to find and was very comfortable. Smart TV a plus, good wifi. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will book again!
Amazing coffee set up and kitchen provisions. Only suggestion is to raise shower head. It seems to be mounted around 5' high, which is low for most people.
Lovely visit.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication
Only two towels and nobody to ask for more, no management on site. Some crackhead lookin folks live there, weird place. The tv runs off WiFi and the signal is too weak to watch anything-so, no tv.Fire pit is down a fairly steep trail, hard to access for folks with back issues, needs stairs. Pics are misleading.Worst shower on the planet. The shower head is shoulder height, and I’m 5’9” The bed was very comfortable!
My apartment was a cute little place right by the Rogue River with all the amenities I needed for a getaway vacation. I did suggest they get an attachment for the shower for taller people than me, and put an air conditioner in the bedroom but other than that it was perfect. And across the street is a coffee shop at the RV park and they had an artisan market on the weekend which was really cool. Across the river is the Del Rio vineyard and tasting room and they have a Sunday concert series in the afternoon in the trees in the shade. It was a really hot weekend but it was a cool place to hang out. I would go back again and maybe upgrade to one of the other units
Here are some reasons this place did not work for us:
Access to river was too steep
No outdoor amenities such as chairs, deck, BBQ
TV streaming was either poor or non existent
Coffee pot was a 2-cup
Bathroom was tiny
Sofa has seen better days
Hope this helps.
I can’t believe I found this place. It was just what we needed, spent most of our time just sitting by the river. My only regret, we didn’t stay longer. I could go on and on, maybe we will make it back!
