BEAUTIFUL NEW BATHROOM

WE NOW HAVE BEACH SERVICE!!! :)

Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one is as "on the beach" as our other ones. The view is the same, but from a little higher up which makes a difference. Also, it has a little extra quiet privacy.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Beautifully furnished in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam matress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning, and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves on the beach. Very relaxing. Building is older so keep that in mind if you’re expecting brand new.

A quaint and cozy condo. Priced very fairly. We were allowed to bring our pet, and enjoyed interacting with other pet-owners on the property. Beautiful view from the second floor. Amenities were perfect for our stay! Perfect location! Enjoyed walking on the beach down to the pier.

This is our 4th time staying here. It’s just the right size for us. Just a short walk and you are on the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony of the gorgeous emerald coast too.

Beautiful home with the beach for a backyard. The view and location are incredible. We had a great stay and appreciate the opportunity. For future travelers, as the host states in the listing, only the necessities were provided. That is no exaggeration, so make sure you don't expect anything extra for the kitchen or bathroom. It was clearly stated, so no complaints. Just hoped to pass on the heads up to others!

Overall it was pretty good accommodations. My only suggestion would be to put taller bar stool size chairs and table on the balcony so that you have a better view of the beach & water. All I saw was the top railing.

The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo needs updating with some very basic things that would make it more comfortable. Bring your own blankets (there were only two thin blankets) and toilet paper (only one roll was provided).

The perfect girl’s getaway

We had a great experience at this private beach getaway. One of the best parts was how quiet and uncrowded it was—no fighting for space or dealing with crowds. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise.The beach service was excellent, and our favorite part by far was the convenience of being able to just walk right out onto the sand. It made mornings and sunsets extra special.We did run into a small issue with the A/C, but the owners responded quickly and worked to resolve it, which we really appreciated. Their attention to customer service made a difference.Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay—perfect for anyone looking to unwind in a more private setting. We’d definitely come back!
