Everything was perfect and the house was beautiful! 10/10 would stay here again. Plenty of room for our whole family. We booked both the main house and cottage and both were great. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about the 7th Ave Manor. This was our second stay there - a group of high school friends in town for a class reunion. The host is very responsive & accommodated our requests for an early checkin, and a late checkout. The house is very comfortable & in a convenient location. I highly recommend!
Very big and spacious house. Host was very nice and made sure our stay was everything plus more. Very helpful, It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and so much privacy!
We gathered our two families here for the holidays and were very comfortable. Great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, private bedrooms as well as a great bunk room to stash the little kids in. It’s in a very convenient location as well. The host was terrific and made our stay easy and comfortable.
Great place to stay. Very clean and tastefully decorated.
Five of us (ladies between 60 and 74) stayed at the residence. We wanted a get away not too far away (only 2 hours). We shopped and tried the delicious restaurants. It was a fun time. Recommend the Hog Heaven BBQ restaurant. Delicious!
The house was perfect for our girls trip! Plenty of room for our group and very homey! House has all the amenities we needed. The host was awesome and we highly recommend this location when in Laurel!

About the host

I am a Guidance Counselor and have lived in Laurel all my life. My husband and I have two children currently in college. We absolutely love our hometown and are excited to share it with others!
Why they chose this property
My son is currently in school to become an Architect. He loves the art of old structures and integrating new design. When he saw the home, he was sold!! It has been beautifully renovated with a modern feel while leaving the original character in tact! It is just has a peaceful, relaxing feel.
What makes this property unique
Although the home is in town and conveniently located to all of the shops and restaurants, it is also private and secluded. The outdoor living space offers time with family and friends around the fireplace, drinking coffee outside the kitchen on the patio, or playing cornhole in the side yard. It is like staying in the country with the conveniences of living in the city.
