The apartment is very centrally located - very good transport links approx. 1.5 km to the main train station, approx. 200 m to the A40 motorway, 2 km to the A52 towards Düsseldorf. All shops in the vicinity.
Very good parking space in front of the house.
The apartment has everything you need to feel at home - is modern and exclusively equipped. Fully equipped open kitchen - electric stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. The apartment consists of a living room and a small bedroom. Living room with a pull-out sofa bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen television, DVD player and a radio recorder. Bedroom with balcony - single bed 90 cm x 200 cm, wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine-ironing board, washing stand, iron - including bed linen and towels.
Hallway wardrobe with mirrored door.
In case of long-term rental, price by arrangement.
