We were not made aware of any of these concerns during the stay. We encourage guests to reach out at any time during their visit so we can address issues immediately. We are very responsive and always happy to help when notified. We also reached out directly to this guest the day after check in to ensure everything was going well or if anything was needed and did not receive a reply. To clarify, our home accommodates up to 13 guests, as clearly stated in the listing, not 14. The kitchen is stocked to support the majority of our guests, who typically dine out or order in. That said, based on feedback received since this stay, we have added additional cookware and serving items to better support larger groups who choose to cook on site. The home is over 100 years old. The floor vent mentioned is a standard return vent, is fully visible, and is covered with a secure mesh. We have never had this issue reported before. We were made aware of the concern only after the stay had concluded, and we will note it for future guests. We also want to clarify that the home is professionally cleaned by a licensed cleaning company between every stay. Had any cleanliness concerns been communicated during the visit, they would have been addressed immediately. We have hosted hundreds of guests over several years with consistently positive feedback, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well maintained space for families and groups.
