Summer School (Southwinds Unit D-11) is a newly remodeled oceanview condo located in the beautiful Southwinds Condominium complex in Atlantic Beach, NC. This condo complex is very close to the well-known Fort Macon State Park. Tasteful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen are all the necessities needed for a relaxing, stress-free vacation at the beach! The Southwinds condo complex offers an outdoor community pool, outdoor community grills, and a private beach access for its guests. A Linen package is included with each reservation. Summer School (Southwinds D-11) is located at 2008 E Ft Macon Rd, Unit D11, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.

Cozy stay with a view

Condo has a decent view of the ocean. The condo was very comfortable. Has all the comforts of home. Check in and check out was easy. All linens provided and property was clean! Plenty of parking. Neighbors were quiet when we stayed.

I liked the well kept indoors, outdoors, and the surrounding areas. The indoors could’ve paid a little bit more attention to detail cleaning, like dirty kitchen utensils, crumbs on the sofa and bathroom rugs. But overall it was a beautiful stay. And I would most definitely book with Spectrum again.

Very nice stay

The property was very nice and convenient with good access to the beach and shops and dining. My only recommendation would be that you leave extra paper towels toilet paper and trash bags and some dish detergent for your guests.

Very nice condo -nicely renovated, very organized & very clean! It would have been a perfect stay, if the WiFi had been working & the communication with the property management would have been better. I was told incorrect passwords by 2 different people & one person at the office looked at my phone & said I was connected & I was not!
