The Ultimate Cozy Bear Lake Retreat!

Lovely brand new townhome, just finished in 2022! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a day at the beach in the summer or a day on the slopes in the winter. Grab a burger and a famous raspberry shake at La Beaus or Zips, located just across the street. Enjoy close access to Bear Lake public pool and pickle ball courts (just a 5 min walk)! Cuddle up and enjoy your favorite movie to finish up your day!

- Bedroom 3: 4 twins (2 Bunk Beds)
- Living Room: Sofa bed

- Two sleeping pads in upstairs closets

Great!

We stayed here after a day at the beach so that we wouldn't have to drive all the way home that night. It's a great location next to the restaurants and shopping stores. Check in was easy and the property was clean.

New House in Perfect Location

Brand new, super clean. Perfect location. Only 60 sec walk to LaBeaus and Zips. A few very minor issues however the owner was extremely responsive so that's the most important thing to me. Will stay again next year!

Clean property with nice location close to lake and restaurants

The property was pretty clean (sans the futon) and it was nice to be able to use the garage. Owner knows there is an issue using the code to the front door but we got the garage code quickly once we reached out to them. Not sure that 12 people could stay, maybe 10, but definitely a nice location. We're able to walk to the lake and restaurants safely and easily, only took about 10-15 minutes. Great for the one night we stayed, but would have been comfortable there for a longer stay.

Property was great. Very comfortable. Couple issues were no soap provided for bathrooms and showers. Temp control would auto reset to preset temps after a little while instead of staying at temp we wanted. Also no screens on windows which would have offset the need for lowering temps at night with ac. Overall very nice property.

Really nice spot

We loved this condo! It was cute and cozy. The only downside is that it’s a little pricy for the size and there is LOTS of construction going on all around. Once nice perk might be a spot to rinse off sandy feet after the beach. Overall, we had a great stay.

Close to Everything

New, clean and close to everything! We could access the ATV roads super quick and easy.. Within walking distance of restaurants and shakes. The owner was super helpful to get us our iPad quickly that we accidentally left at check out.
