Cozy PB Beach House Loft with Parking

Nestled in a beautiful San Diego neighborhood, this cozy loft-style beach house is the ideal home-away-from-home for a small group or family looking to be within walking distance to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Garnet Ave, Sail Bay and other destination hot spots. The location is perfect for dining, shopping, beach time, biking, hiking, surfing and so much more. Plus, not only is our home relaxing, it has an amazing backyard/w BBQ and hammock.

1 parking spot available for guests.

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. We also may not approve two night weekend bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance. For these situations it is better to send an inquiry rather than a booking request.

*PETS* All pets need prior approval. If approved the pet fee is $25 per pet per day. This is an add on fee that will be charged after the reservation has been accepted.

A neighbor has recently begun construction on their home. There is intermittent noise that may cause a disturbance during your stay. We are sorry about any convenience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is quiet and the home is walking distance to Mission Bay, Pacific Beach and all of the amazing restaurants/bars. The home is very comfortable and the backyard was relaxing. We loved opening up all of the windows and feeling the cool breeze through the home. We will definitely be back!

We love this Home away from Home! So close to the beach and bay. Little jungle paradise in the backyard. This was our second stay and we will be back!

This was a great property. Easy access covered parking and SUPER nice location. Just 2 blocks to the beach and easy walking to ALL of our favorite spots. Will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were lots of nice touches like sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. So nice to have a roof deck and back yard. The bed and couch were comfy. Great location for walking to beach!

The property is well equipped and has a lovely, very private backyard. We could hear the birds sing every day. Any time I contacted the manager I received a very quick, polite response. My only suggestion, which I made to the property manager, is that they should provide a bureau or even some open shelving in the bedroom to store clothes. I didn’t realize that the bed platform had drawers until the end of my stay.

We enjoyed the property and walking access to the beach, bay, and many restaurants. The property manager addressed any concerns we had.

Great location!

This house was very easy to access as well as come and go with the parking spot. The beach was 2 blocks away and the restaurants and bars nearby were great. Also only 15-20 min from both La Jolla and downtown San Diego. The house was very clean and hosts were responsive. Plenty of towels and backyard was great for our dog. No A/C, but with the weather getting so cool at night, the large ceiling fan, and provided box fan, it was comfortable. This place was the perfect for our 4 day vacation. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the 2 minute walk to beach and boardwalk! The futon cushion collapsed on our friends while they were sleeping. It was not pleasant in the middle of the night.
