This community has so much to offer! Have fun on the multiple tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffleboard courts, 5 pools, and more! Enjoy your short walk to the beach with gated beach access, a beach side pool, showers, bathrooms, and seating.
While relaxing at home spend time on back patio, enjoying your wine fridge, overlooking the canal or picking one of the many citrus trees (if ripe). This end unit has a side yard big enough for a play area and is directly across form the largest pool in the neighborhood.
You're walking distance from multiple great restaurants and bars. Ask us for recommendations!

My place is close to The Beach, Restaurants, Nightlife such as Bars and Clubs, Family-friendly Activities such as Mini Golf, Go Karts, Zoo World, Gulf World, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not. Great for groups, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.


The home is a two-story townhouse with an open and modern design. Includes your own wine fridge, dry bar, putt putt clubs, beach towels, and more! The downstairs is an open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. A master bedroom and a guest bedroom. The living room and both bedrooms have HDTV cable and there is WiFi available around the entire house.

** please note- the 8th guest sleeping arrangement is on the couch if 8 is desired**
-only 2 parking spaces provided and allowed. No other parking in complex is permitted. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
The bunk bed is a twin over full.
And the couch can be used for sleeping if desired but is not a “sleeper”. We hope you enjoy the stay!

We provide put put clubs, some tennis rackets and balls, beach towels, and a few beach chairs! There is also a highchair if requested ahead of time

Guest access
The community is gated. An access code is required for entry, beach access, and the beach-side pool.




House Rules:
Guests must be over 21 to confirm booking. Bookings by people under 21 years old or without a person of age staying in the unit during the reservation are subject to cancellation with no refund.

Any damage to the property or items within will be paid for by the guests after their stay.
-2 parking spaces directly in front of unit labeled 138 included only. No additional parking in community

Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.

If guests use grill, propane to be turned off immediately after use and any propane tanks left by guest to be turned off.
