The **** (4) holiday house "Haus am Wald" is located in the municipality of Weitenhagen - Behrenwalde approx. 18 km east of Marlow. From here it is only about 30 minutes drive to the Baltic resort Zingst, about 7 km to the cities Richtenberg and Franzburg, about 12 km to the city of Barth, about 25 km to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
Nestled in a quiet landscape characterized by fields, meadows and vast forests is an ideal holiday destination for families and nature lovers.
The house was extensively renovated in 2009 and rebuilt.
The holiday home with over 110 square meters of living space can accommodate 2 - 3 people. 8 people. The house has on the ground floor a living room with fireplace, a dining area with modern kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with double bed and shower / WC. Upstairs are 2 further separate bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower / WC.
The house has a large terrace, a 1000 m² large fenced garden and a carport with 2 parking spaces.
The house is available year round.
In the house next dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, high chair, cot, satellite TV and radio and all everyday objects are available.
Additional costs for water, gas and electricity are charged according to consumption.
