Ideal for families and groups of friends, this residence offers an abundance of space, including a serene outdoor oasis complete with a gazebo, sparkling pool, hot tub, and even a hammock to bask in the calming ocean sounds and warm Caribbean sun.



The Space:

This beautiful nautical home boasts stunning ocean views from every angle and is adorned with charming coastal accents throughout. This spacious two-story home boasts over 3,550 sq ft of living space. The first floor features a large kitchen, dining area, bar, living room, laundry area with a half bath, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a queen bed, and the other with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a shared large bathroom with a shower and tub for two of the bedrooms.



Please aware that guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage. The garage has been converted into a separate studio apartment which could be rented separately to other guests. If you have a large group than what the main house can acccommodate, the studio can also be rented if available. This will enabled you to add another 2 adults or up to 3 additional guests if there is a child under the age of 12.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor living spaces, with the exception of the garage/studio apartment however thie studio apartment will also be avaialble for short term rental if required.



Please be aware that there is a cat residing outside the property and is not allowed inside the home.

Located on the southeast coast of Grand Cayman, indulge in the solitude and stunning sea views while enjoying a meal at renowned coastal restaurants like Tukka, Eagle Ray's Bar & Grill, Blue Rock Restaurant Bar & Lounge, and La Casita.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay in East End, we highly recommend renting a car for convenient transportation and the freedom to explore at your own pace. With George Town approximately 50 minutes away, having a car allows you to discover the area's hidden treasures and embrace the picturesque beauty on your own schedule. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility that a car rental provides during your East End getaway.



Other Things to Note:

While this property is not directly situated on the waterfront, it offers breathtaking and unobstructed views of the nearby ocean from its elevated position on the hill. Nearby beaches can be reached with a short drive of 1-5 minutes.



The studio apartment can be rented separately so there may be a possibility that you see other guests on the property from time to time however they will only have access to their apartment and private deck area.



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$750 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
