Ocean's Edge: Beachfront Home with Rooftop Views
Spacious beachfront home on Grand Cayman’s peaceful North Side. Walk straight out your back door into crystal-clear water for snorkeling and paddleboarding — we provide two 2-person kayaks, two 2-person paddleboards, and snorkel gear.
Enjoy 4 en-suite bedrooms plus two sofa beds in the living room, a private rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views, fast WiFi, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The home offers over 2,300 square feet of bright, open living space with a wall of windows overlooking the water.
The Space
Beachfront home with plenty of room for up to 10 guests to feel comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms for maximum privacy and convenience. The living room sofa beds are ideal for families or larger groups.
Location & Amenities
A small grocery store and Over the Edge bar & restaurant are just 1 mile away. The larger supermarket is in Savannah (~20 minutes). More restaurants and bars are about 15 minutes away at Kaibo and Rum Point. The famous Cayman Crystal Caves are also nearby.
We provide a travel crib and kids’ games for families. Free parking right next to the house and self-check-in make your arrival easy.

Great private location. Snorkeling from shore swam out to barrier reef. Saw a turtle, southern rays, eagle ray, tarpon, barracuda, spotted eel, lion fish and all the typical reef fish.

Such a wonderful house in a great location. Minutes from Rum Point, Kaibo, East End, and super private! Snorkeling is great right out of the back door, and the host and property manager are more than accomadating. Thank you!

Host was awesome and responsive, the house was very well organized and stocked with all essentials. The views were what we came for and it surpassed our expectations. The snorkeling in front of the house was amazing and the snorkel gear at the house was in great shape and was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This house was so awesome! We loved the patio and spent so much time there. They supplied so much. We loved the kayaks, the water shoes, the flippers and the snorkel masks. Also, a bathroom for every room was so great for our party. Our communication with Mike was always responded to quickly.

Fantastic property! Everyone in our group enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and other water equipment available at the house. Location is great! Private, great snorkeling, 2 restaurants close by, liquor store and grocery store. Host was very helpful with tips and quick in response throughout our entire trip. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Best trip

Everything was perfect. Lots of space, great snorkeling. My 16 year old loved tanning on roof top. We used the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be regulars. Looking to book same time next year!!

Mike was extremely responsive during the booking process and made pre-arrival accommodations for us that were very appreciated.The pictures accurately portray the property, so yes, the views are that breathtaking. Loved the location because is was very quiet, but you definitely need a car to get around. The house had more amenities than we needed, including the fully stocked kitchen that we didn’t use and 6 showers! Only 3 of us stayed in the property, so we had more than enough space. The property could comfortably accommodate 8 (4 couples). All in all, we had an amazing experience staying in the house and would recommend it for anyone considering it.

Friends Getaway

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Ocean’s Edge was exactly what we needed. The view was spectacular and our host Michael was responsive and helpful all along the way with various questions that we had….. Crystal Caverns and Rum Point were very close and we had to travel a bit for activities near 7 mile beach but appreciated the laid back atmosphere of the North Side. Recommend renting a car for this location. Our fav eating establishments—- Peppers, Waffle Monkey Our half day boat rental picked us up at Rum Point….saved us a journey to 7 mile beach so make sure to ask for pickup closer to the house.

1st Time to Grand Cayman and 1st at Ocean's Edge

Every aspect of the house and the communication with Mike the owner was 5 STAR. The house is absolutely gorgeous, private and incredible ocean front views. House sits on the ocean right out your front door and Mike has everything you can imagine for a wonderful stay on the ocean at the house. There was only two of us so the house was huge for what we needed but we fell in love with it and will definitely be going back many times. House is on the north shore which we loved the vibe there. There are a few restaurants close to drive too and airport is probably 45 mins without traffic. Mike(owner) kept me informed of everything and his communication was always quick and helpful. He and the house cleaning crew provided extra touch to our trip that was amazing. House was extremely clean and had every amenity you could need or want. The balconies the roof top and the patio are huge and all have amazing ocean views. Mike has kayaks, paddle boards and everything you could need or want for the ocean. Can't say enough about the owner Mike and this amazing property. 5 STAR!!!!! We can't wait to go back!

Wow! Where do I begin, first and foremost Mike was the BEST host we have ever had - from the start he helped us find a rental car, told us the best places to go and eat and helped us find a charter for fishing, snorkeling, and sting ray city! Our flight was delayed and he was more than accommodating! He is hands down the most generous host! The home was stunning, all we expected and MORE! It has stunning views and was sparkling clean! There are paddle boards and kayaks which was so nice to have we used them everyday! Also all the snorkeling gear, goggles snorkels, flippers, life jackets, and floats! The house is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower, as well as plenty of towels and hair dryers straighteners and curling irons! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need even seasonings! When you going to the laundry room there is sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, lotion and more . I mean, we literally had everything we needed and then some! Grocery bags for local stores are above the fridge so you don't have to purchase them when you buy groceries. We had the best time and so much had to do with the house and all the accommodations, as well as Mike he made our trip seamless and easily the best trip we have ever been on! We will be coming back and we will ONLY stay here!
