Our team works hard to maintain both the interior and exterior of the property, but with the Hill Country's abundant trees, leaves and natural debris can accumulate quickly, especially between scheduled cleanings. We'll also share your comments about the spa with our maintenance team so they can take a closer look. As for the bugs and gnats, they can be more active at certain times of the year, particularly after rain or during warmer weather. Hi Trevor, Thank you for your feedback. Both the hot tub and cowboy pool were thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. You reached out the day after check-in to let us know the pool was cloudy. Our maintenance team promptly responded, removed some leaves and debris, and added fresh water. The pool was clear when they left around 2 PM, and they returned a few hours later around 6 PM to confirm it was still clear. However, we didn’t receive any notice about the hot tub. For reassurance, the hot tub’s bottom is made of dark brown marble, which can sometimes give the appearance of being dirty, but rest assured, it is clean. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
