This spacious yet cozy home has everything you need to relax and reconnect, even a small office if you need to do some work while you're away! Enjoy the hot tub or cowboy pool and soak any stress away! If you want to stay in and leave the hectic world behind, you can make a delicious meal in the fully equipped, large kitchen. And at the end of the day, rest well in the luxurious king-size bed! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

Beautiful modern eclectic one bedroom property with a sofa bed, perfect for a friends getaway to enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer. *Please note: house is not fully fenced.

- Master bedroom with king bed and living room with queen sleeper sofa

- Full master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower (no bathtub) + Half bathroom

- Full kitchen with Keurig/Drip combo coffee maker

- Tesla/EV Charger available! (Note: This is a Tesla-brand charger and plugs directly into Tesla vehicles. There is no adapter available on-site for other electric vehicle brands, so if you're driving a non-Tesla vehicle, please be sure to bring your own adapter, as one is not provided.)

- Gas Fire pit and BBQ Grill

- NEWLY added Cowboy Pool! (Note: this is a stock tank cowboy pool. It's not heated, it's like a mini-pool)

- The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.

- Private Hot tub!

Planned a solo vacation to distress and escape the daily grind. This property is so unique and comfy. It has everything one could need and more! It’s quiet and felt completely safe being by myself. I look forward to staying here many more times!

My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. House was spotless, beds were comfy, cowboy pool was a nice touch. It would be a long walk to town so we drove but didn't have any problems with parking. Highly recommend, we'll stay here again.

Everything is nice and clean. The outdoor area with the hot tub and pool were very nice after a long hot afternoon walking around in the sun and before bed to wind down a bit.

The home was impeccable. The pictures don’t do it justice. This was a beautiful decorated and very comfortable home. The environment would be compared to that of a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great Escape

This is one of the largest 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom rentals I have stayed at. Very artistic style throughout the home. Heavenly Hosts has my 5 star review for there prompt care. The Keurig coffee maker was not working, within 30 minutes of my phone call Heavenly Hosts had a brand new machine delivered.

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your feedback. Both the hot tub and cowboy pool were thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. You reached out the day after check-in to let us know the pool was cloudy. Our maintenance team promptly responded, removed some leaves and debris, and added fresh water. The pool was clear when they left around 2 PM, and they returned a few hours later around 6 PM to confirm it was still clear. However, we didn’t receive any notice about the hot tub. For reassurance, the hot tub’s bottom is made of dark brown marble, which can sometimes give the appearance of being dirty, but rest assured, it is clean. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Beautiful home

This rental is gorgeously decorated. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. We loved the hot tub. It was a little too chilly to use the cowboy pool.We were frustrated when we arrived though. We specially booked here for their EV Charger. We drove 4 hours in our electric vehicle planning to plug it in before heading out to dinner, but learned quickly they only had a Tesla charger and no adapters for other EVs. We asked for a credit to our stay since we'd need to take time to find another spot to charge and pay for that (plus the time and inconvenience). They declined our request. We spent 50 and 2 hours at a Ford dealership 3 miles away. We also had an issue with ordering a charcuterie board for 110 and it never arrived. They said they would refund that.The only other thing I think future renters should know is the dogs at the neighbors' houses are let outside between 6-7a each morning and that's when you should expect to wake up, too. The neighbors seemed to want to mow the lawn, race their dirt bike or rev some sort of engine all day every day. It kind of became a joke between me & my husband during our 4 night stay.
