Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

With five bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across two floors, there’s space for everyone to recharge. The main master suite on the first floor offers direct access to the pool and features a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs, a second master suite includes another king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. A Mickey-themed room provides twin beds, perfect for younger guests. The beach-themed room offers two queen beds, while the fifth bedroom features a queen bed. All bedrooms come equipped with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and ample storage including closets and dressers.

Step through the family room's large sliding doors into your private screened-in pool area. Swim beneath the Florida sun, soak in the hot tub, or gather for meals around the outdoor dining space with a gas BBQ grill. Two patio umbrellas offer shade when you need it, and a half bathroom off the family room provides easy access from the pool deck. The backyard offers a grassy open space and children will love the outdoor playground just steps away.

The kitchen is designed for ease, whether you're preparing a casual breakfast or a full dinner. Stainless steel appliances include a GE electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, and a built-in air fryer.
