This is a fabulous property close to Pensacola Beach. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery shopping. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen with air fryer! We will be back!

This was the perfect house for an extended family vacation. 10/10 recommend for anyone who is looking for an upgraded, spacious, and fun house for kids and adults alike. My family spent hours in the pool each day, multiple days at the beach since it is 10 mins away, and really enjoyed how beautiful the home was. My only recommendation would be to make sure you have your own toiletries, but that doesn’t take away from the quality of this home, especially for the price. I would stay here every summer if I could.

Host was quick to reply and very friendly. The rooms and pool were clean. There were floats and live vest available for use. During the stay, the weather was quite hot and the AC was working great to keep us cool. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend others to give it a try.

Great location if you want to be close to the beach but not on it. Easy access to parks, walking trails and tennis/pickleball courts. House is quite large and worked great for our family. No issues during our stay but owner was very responsive to general inquiries.

Family vacation with six adults and three kiddos at this lovely property. The home was clean, the beds were comfy and the open floor plan was wonderful for the chaotic family we are! A great option using the pool after spending time at the beach or just spending the day at home in the pool. The location was fantastic! A quick zip to the beach or some great restaurant selections. Walking distance was a complete sports complex with basketball tennis courts Pickleball volleyball and anything else you could think of all in pristine shape. Across the street were walking trails and also a boat or jet ski dock. The entire area was very well maintained on a daily basis. The fees associated with the jet ski were very reasonable.The whole family had a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable time!An added bonus, which I personally loved, are a portion of the proceeds are donated to rescue foundations.The host was also very responsive to any questions or concerns.Thanks, Sara!!

This house is beautifully decorated, was very clean and comfortable - and in a nice, quiet neighborhood! The pool was EXCELLENT, and since the weather was on the cooler side, being able to have it heated each day was perfect for us!

Air conditioner in the game room would be a perfect addition. Pet friendly, quiet neighborhood and nice home with a beautiful pool. Immediate response from host with any issues we had. We hope to rent again.

We loved our stay at Rosie's Retreat! The home was warm & inviting for our family as we stayed for vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. We dealt with a little weather during our stay, but the times we were able to enjoy the pool were great. We definitely loved the convenient location too! It would only take us maybe 10 minutes to get to either Pensacola Beach or Downtown Pensacola for activities, and the neighborhood was pleasant as well. Anytime I had questions for the host, she was friendly and quick to respond. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to maybe add some type of small AC unit in the garage/game room area to cool it off more than the provided fans. We played on the ping pong table quite a bit, and it did get a little hot in that area. We would definitely recommend this home for your stay, and if we ever make it back to Pensacola/Gulf Breeze we hope to stay here again!

The house was in immaculate condition with tons of room inside and out for my family of 6 and dog. The host was very quick and helpful with any communication. Could not have asked for a better or easier stay.

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed at! The location was great, property was beautiful, and the pool was amazing. The host answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely book this place again in the future!
