This charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is ready for your visit. This home has a new 12ft x 20ft pool with a 6 foot deep end and two outdoor patios/deck as well as a separate fenced area perfect for children and pets.

This neighborhood is called East Pensacola Heights and it's a beautiful area of Pensacola. You'll find lots of parks/green spaces, shops & restaurants within a few minutes drive, and downtown Pensacola just 5 minutes away. Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes, and it's a beautiful drive!
