Hill Country home with expansive views of the Guadalupe River Valley. Professionally designed for comfort and an easy stay! Feed the deer from the deck, enjoy a sunset from the deck, or take a walk around the hill top with a hot cup of coffee in the morning. This place is all about R&R and the natural beauty surrounding the area. We also have some of the darkest skies in the area and star gazing is as easy as walking out the back door!

Beautiful home

This was our first stay and the photos online were spot on. We were amazed at how clean the house was when we arrived.perfect location to surrounding towns for shopping. A lot of choices for eating out too. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time! It’s located in a quiet and private neighborhood on a hill overlooking the surrounding areas! The view is amazing and the property offers plenty of options to relax! We will definitely return on our next trip to Comfort!

Great view!

The view from the deck is amazing! They thought about every detail. The house was beautiful and very clean! The kitchen had everything you need The hot tub was so nice on the cool evenings. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed some needed comfort in Comfort

Great little secluded property up on a hill with a lovely view from the deck. Fairly new, very fresh and tastefully decorated. Provided us with some quiet comfort away from the big city which was just what we were looking for. Central location allows short travel distance to a variety of points of interest in the Hill Country. The host was a pro. Will stay there again.

Clean and peaceful

You feel welcomed the moment you open the door. Fireplace going, soft furry rugs for your feet, and the cleanest house you’ve ever seen. Remotes are in little boxes where you can find them and the outdoor covered porch is very relaxing.

Great place for two!

Fantastic views from the back porch and the best amenities I’ve ever seen! The entire home is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the spices and the things we needed to make our own meals when we didn’t feel like going out. Sharon’s attention to detail is amazing, and a lot of care and effort went into creating the perfect hill country home. If you’re looking for a great getaway, this is it!

Breathtaking

From the beginning to the end of our trip was amazing! Beautiful property with unbelievable views off the patio! Feed the deer and watch stunned sun rises and sunsets! Every thing you can want in a vacation home. Hot tub was clean and best part of each night! Sharon was the best host we have ever had! We found our forever Hill Country vacation rental! Lovely stay in the Texas Hill Country.

From the minute we booked our stay in Comfort to be in the path of totality during the solar eclipse, Sharon was a gracious hostess. She made my fiancé and I feel more than welcome in her lovely home and gave us so many wonderful suggestions in and around the area. My fiancé is an avid cook and we truly enjoyed grilling under the stars and cooking in the well appointed kitchen while taking in the beautiful landscape. Beyond relaxing. We fell in love with the Texas hill country and our stay here certainly contributed to the romance. Thank you so much - we are planning to visit again :)

Wonderful....where do I start?!

We loved our long girl's weekend to the Hill Country, and the house was one of the best parts of our trip. We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury with the cozy, eclectic decor and fully outfitted kitchen and bathroom...and it was ALL so clean. We did our share of traveling the area, but because of the quiet and incredible view, we found ourselves hanging out on the deck every morning and evening enjoying a glass of wine, the hot tub, the visiting deer and the sitting area with the cool fireplace. When back in the area, this will definitely be a place we stay again!

Love!

Loved our stay at this property! The manager was very accommodating and had lots of recommendations of places to visit. Comfort is a cute little town and didn’t have the bustle of Fredericksburg. The house was perfect for my husband and I. The deck and the views are amazing, even in the rain since it is waterproof undercover. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing Scrabble outside. The bed is very comfortable and the house is outfitted in very well done decor. I felt the location was perfect. Close enough to drive to Fredericksburg but far enough away from all the bustle.

Peaceful Relaxing and Beautiful

This house is lovely and Sharon is a perfect hostess. All information was typed in a guide and if I had question she responded quickly, very helpful. Every little detail makes you feel special and pampered. The best part is the deck in the back with awesome view of the hill country. She has a covered sitting area to one side and a outdoor kitchen and hot tub on the other side. The inside and the outside are very clean. I would definitely stay here again. This place is a keeper.

Simply Magnificent!

The house, the decorations, the kitchen, the amenities, the outdoor space, the views, all of it just magnificent!! The pictures invited us to the home, but experiencing it will definitely bring us back! The area is so peaceful and just a short drive to wineries, restaurants and shops in Comfort as well as to Kerrville and Fredericksburg for day trips. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer! Sharon was very attentive and a great communicator from the time we booked the trip until it ended. I would be happy to visit any of her properties and recommend others try them out too!

Awsome Hill Country Views

This Hill Country vacation rental experience was wonderful. We had a little problem with the Hvac but it was repaired in a very timely manner. Sharon, our host, was very attentive and the property was very well appointed with THE BEST amenities and gorgeous decor. The bed was extremely comfy which is of the utmost importance to senior folks like us.The huge deck overlooks the gorgeous Hill Country and the views and nighttime star gazing were fabulous! If you stay here you won't be disappointed!

Words can't describe...

From the moment you enter the property, you experience finer things. This property has an amazing view of the Texas Hill Country that is enjoyed by the wonderful entertainment decking on the back of the home. You feel pampered by the amenities from the sound system, the electric blinds, the hot tub, and that rug under the primary bed. It's amazing! Sharon is a spectular host! Her prompt replies and knowledge of the area provided us the perfect weekend getaway.

Quiet, comfy, stunning!

There is nothing negative I can say about this home!! Upon entering this lovely home we were greeted with a clean, cool, comfortable atmosphere and an absolutely stunning view (the pictures do no justice! The view is amazing!). Sharon made sure my son had clean sheets and blankets for the fold out bed way before we arrived. She was an amazing and hospitable host! We enjoyed the deer walking all the way up to the back deck and the hot tub was very relaxing as well. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at this beautiful home, we were sad to go, but look forward to coming back!

Beautiful and comfortable home!

The pictures just don’t do the view justice! It’s beautiful. The home has everything you need for cooking, grilling and comfort. Home was clean and decor was just right. Take advantage of the host suggestions such as the winery (right down the road, less than 5 min) and meat market. Close to all the tourist places like Fredericksburg or Kerrville but just far enough to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We only messaged the host once just to ask a clarification question and they responded quickly and were very friendly. I would definitely stay again! 10 out of 10.

Breathtaking views

I loved every moment of my stay here. From the breathtaking views that could be seen from not only the patio but the relaxing hot tub as well to the cozy time spent cuddling next to my partner by the outdoor electric fireplace, we listened to music for a few hours on the crisp and powerful sound system. The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a rock. Waking up, rolling over, and taking in the morning view from the bedroom sliding glass door is indescribable, you should experience this for yourself. I LOVED the shower! It was spacious and warm, and the stone floor was divine. The kitchen was great and easy to cook meals in. Relaxing in the living room is highly recommended I can't wait to go back! This cute little home away from the rest of the world is a must stay!!! Plus the town is an antiquers paradise!

Even Better Than Expected!!! HIGHLY Recommend!!!

The VRBO listing for this property was spectacular, but when we walked in the door upon arrival we were FLOORED with what we found...the property was FAR beyond what we were expecting...the view was BREATHTAKING, the furnishing were very high-end from the towels, sheets, bedding, to the kitchen utensils and all of the indoor/outdoor furnishings. The outdoor living space (& view) was also HUGE, STUNNING, and PEACEFUL. We ended up changing our plans and doing less activities than we had planned as we wanted to spend more quiet/quality time at this incredible home. The host was VERY responsive & gave GREAT recommendations for all the local activities, eateries, and sight-seeing opportunities. We especially loved and highly recommend attending the Singing Water Vineyards steak night which is held on on Friday/Saturday nights between March-May (I believe). This winery is located literally 5 minutes from the property and has a beautiful property. You will need to purchase tickets via their website in advance to attend the steak night for $65 per person plus taxes/fees, but it included live music, a 22 oz. bone-in ribeye steak (cooked/made to your specifications), a huge loaded baked potato, a large salad, AND dessert! Wine purchases are an additional purchase, but their wines were also wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend this property if you're looking to disconnect (although there is awesome wifi and streaming services on the TV/Sonos app), relax, and unwind! We'll be back!!

Best getaway outside of the big cities!

-beautiful panoramic view of the valley -bed and linens are 5 star hotel quality. -fully stocked kitchen and bathroom essentials -spotlessly clean, comfortable, and private -cozy and comfortable -amazing patio with great furniture One of the nicest and comfortable places we have stayed in!
