Wonderful place to stay!

The house was adorable and comfortable, with great views of the valley. The deer came by all day and in the evening we would feed them corn from the tub left by the property owners. The owners were a delight to meet and very conscientious that we were having a great stay. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and me for a weekend trip to Fredericksburg. Feeding the deer from the back porch was so much fun--a whole herd showed up for their evening corn! Would definitely rent again and bring our dog. The cabin is super pet friendly.

Excellent Stay

The home was super clean and had cute decor! The home was cozy and comfortable, the location is perfect for relaxing and recharging. The porch was our favorite place to sit and see the scenery! We had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone looking to get out of town and enjoy some time away. Kevin and Jaime were excellent to work with. We will be back again!

Quaint Country Cottage

The stay was great from start to finish. The check in/out process was seamless with keyless entry. The house was well stocked with amenities. The hosts were extremely responsive when an issue occurred with the internet and promptly corrected the deficiency. The property has many extras available to guests. The stay was enjoyable.

Back to nature

We loved this place and everything was perfectly appointed and very well equipped covering all the little details. We enjoyed feeding the deer and listening to the birds. The sound of the rock water feature while hanging out under the lighted gazebo was very tranquil and relaxing. Will definitely book again! Perfect location if you are looking to get back to nature !

A Hidden Gem

Selfishly we wish we could keep this place a secret. We plan to come back here twice a year. Everything was perfect, clean, friendly. The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was well stocked and thoughtful, you can tell they put their heart into this place. Would definitely poop there again ( if you stay here, you will understand the last part) lol

Great stay!

My husband and I had a great and relaxing stay! In addition it was perfect for our fur baby. The home is so cute and charming. We loved sitting on the back porch looking out at the gorgeous views of the hill country and watching the many deer come and eat. Our dog sat outside with us and we were comfortable bc of the gated yard. The house is very clean and well stocked. Good location and perfect to enjoy relaxing in the country but enjoying going into town to shop/eat. Hosts are great also!!! We will be back!!!!

Worth every penny

This is the most precious cabin with an awesome view, relaxing porch, pooch friendly!! It is as if they encourage you to bring your doggo. Fenced in for the dogs. Seeing all of the deer and actually feeding them with the corn the owners have on the porch. The owners had pretty much everything you would need such as coffee, cutlery, dishes, etc. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us. It felt like home only a little better.

the epitome of a Hill-Country getaway!

KNJ’s was the perfect quiet, peaceful, beautiful getaway for me and my husband. Kevin and Jaime were the best hosts- letting us know they were available for any issues (even though we didn’t have any). The house is clean, and the little signs and decor all throughout the house invite you to laugh a little, relax, and unwind. We were there for a weekend to purposefully do nothing, so we spent most of our time on the back porch taking in the sweeping views and sounds of the Hill Country with plenty of ‘ critters’ who came to visit. Jaime made some great recommendations for restaurants with live music and the coolest wildlife preserve and winery within a couple miles without having to go into Fredericksburg. We love to vacation in this area, but enjoyed being a few miles outside of town for some true R&R. The drive into town has some pretty spectacular views, too. We don’t have pets, but this place was set up to make your fur babies comfortable too! Such a charming, relaxing, beautiful, place-Thankful to Kevin and Jaime for sharing their little slice of Heaven with us! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Best Pet Friendly Location!!!

We have been taking our dog Brooklyn on all our trips over the past 6 year. She is a rescue dog and has anxiety issues. For the first time, Brooklyn acted as if she was at home! She had no anxiety and even made friends with all the deer that came by to enjoy some corn. This is the best pet friendly location we have ever stayed! This place is amazing! The property was so nice, clean and the decor was so over the top. The fenced in backyard was perfect. We stayed on the back porch in rocking chairs and fed the deer. The scenery from the back porch is breathtaking! Also, the owners were very nice and wanted to make sure that our stay was the best it could be! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property and we are looking forward to our next visit! Bryan & Maritza
