Looking for a cozy and clean getaway? Look no further. This two- bedroom 1 bathroom duplex has a inground heated pool and is just minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, golf and activities!! Note: the pool would be shared if both sides are rented at the same time.

The house was clean and cozy. The beach is close, 3 min.drive. There is a gril near by the pool, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer...everything that you need for a great vacation. Thank you!

Here’s a warm, honest, and positive review that mentions the drawbacks without sounding negative:We had a wonderful stay in Bonita Springs! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. The location is fantastic, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away, and we loved having access to all the beach gear—it made our beach days so easy and fun.The bikes have definitely seen some use, but they were still enjoyable and allowed us to take a relaxing ride around the area. We also appreciated how well-stocked the property was with outdoor and beach equipment.A few small things to note for future guests: the pool furniture cushions shown in the photos were not available during our stay, and the home was stocked fairly lightly with everyday essentials. There were limited towels, no extra towels or sheets. Only a small supply of trash bags, and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap provided, so be sure to bring those items with you.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again. The cleanliness, location, beach access, and thoughtful beach amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Wonderful Duplex w pool

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex. Everything was very clean, the pool and lanai was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you could want provided, the beds were quite comfortable. Very close to everything, beach or restaurants

3 week Bonita Springs duplex stay

Location of property was Excellent for us. Very adequate parking, space and furnishings. Pool and deck were pluses that we sought out before reserving tis unit. We had 4 sets of duplex neighbors during our stay...and all were friendly and delightful.

Perfect for us

We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. We enjoyed the space for our family of 4, two adults and a 9- and 6-year-old. We would highly recommend and plan on staying here for our future visits to the area.

We had just come off a 7 day cruise. We enjoyed the house very much. The pool was relaxing. It was a bit further from the beach than we anticipated but it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay with amazing pool!

This was an amazing place. Very clean. Bed was so comfortable and awesome furnishings. Location is good to many things. Although there were no accesses open to Bonita Bech- one of my favorite beaches- it was only a 30 minute walk.. 4 minute drive! I will definitely stay again!

Great place

We only stayed for two nights for a friend's wedding, but the location is great and the property was perfect. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. The property is kept very clean, everything you need is provided, the kitchen is exceptionally outfitted and the is plenty of room. We loved it so much we are already planning another, longer, trip. Thank you.
