Escape to tranquility with a retreat at 'Sea Dreams Beach House.' Nestled on a serene county beach just beyond Surfside city limits, this vacation rental offers a haven for families. Children will delight in the bunk room, while adults savor the solitude of private bedrooms. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable beds for all guests, 'Sea Dreams' ensures a restful stay—no futons or air mattresses. Open for reservations year-round!

Constructed in 2010, this custom family abode offers every amenity for a remarkable beach escape, featuring a private balcony with ocean vistas and conveniences like a portable crib and high chair. The bedrooms include a variety of sleeping arrangements, from king-sized and twin beds to bunk beds and a full-sized bed, ensuring comfort for all. Indoor living spaces boast entertainment options like flat-screen TVs and a spacious leather sectional, while outdoor areas include a covered balcony, private deck, and seating options such as Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table adds to the convenience. General amenities encompass a washer, dryer, linens, towels, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and central heating. Parking is a breeze with a driveway accommodating 8 vehicles, free street parking, and availability for RV and boat parking.

We are available by phone or text during your entire stay to help with any issues that may arise.

We love the Surfside area. We prefer it to the more populated areas like Galveston because it's quieter and cleaner. Perfect for a weekend away with friends or family!

We are located on the county beach, so beach camp fires and fireworks are allowed!

One Hr from Houston, 15 min from Lake Jackson

We require a refundable $400 damage deposit.
We are a non smoking home and do not allow pets.

Lovely home
Right on the beach, plenty of room, and a spacious kitchen. I do wish we had closets, but we managed since it was only for the weekend. Loved the private access to the beach and the balcony chairs!

Great view!!!
We chose this home for our family thanksgiving vacation there were plenty of beds and space for us all to sleep. All linen and bed covers were brand new!! That was a plus!! There were a few issues with the Wi-Fi just had to reset a couple of times due to high winds. The microwave did go out on us on Thanksgiving morning smoke was everywhere!! We were told it was brand new, Friday maintenance informed us is was two years old and def had to be replaced. It took sometime to accommodate a microwave, we didn’t get a microwave until Saturday morning. Most of thanksgiving left overs went to waste with no way to heat them. I would say that was a HUGE downside!! But ALL and all The views were amazing and location was perfect the bridge to beach was great as the kids were able to easily Navigate to the beach.

Not how it should have been!
We arrived around 7:40 check in is at 4:00, cleaning lady and a child was there finishing up. She hurried to get out of the way. There was 2 beer caps on the balcony, a pillow on the couch had to be removed as it was soiled with either chocolate or blood, the dishwasher would not work and it had cleaning detergent in it and it had a bad odor, I tried to start it but it wouldn't work so we had to hand wash all the dishes we used without a dish rag, but the worst ever is I had to clean dried up poop off of the main bathroom floor by the toilet also the tile in the main floor bathroom is loose and the floor is weak. I called the cleaning crew left a message and also called the manager and left a message, I never received a call back. :(

-The kids absolutely love the upstairs bunk room. The adults fight over the upstairs room with the private balcony. There's nothing like waking up with a view of the beach!
