Great pet friendly condo on the beach right across the road. Views were great and condo was well decorated. Host had quick responses with any questions I had. I will definitely stay again and I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone.

This unit was roomy and very clean! It was pet friendly with an excellent balcony with beach access right in front of the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

It was right up on the beach which was great! The condo is nice. Our only complaints were the furniture was not very clean. Lots of dark stains and it kind of smelled. The master bathroom also had a slight smell. Overall very nice condo, but would have just liked it to be a bit cleaner for the price. View was wonderful, host was very nice & communicated with us well, and the beach service is great.

The beach view was beautiful and the beach is just a short walk across the road. The condo was clean and beautiful, stocked with everything you need. My dog was welcome, we would stay again most definitely. Contact with host was good. There is a grill on site as well.

We had a lovely 3 week stay in Miramar Beach. We had a few days of rainy, cold weather but that ended and we had sunshine for the rest of our stay. Our accommodations were well maintained and very spacious. We highly recommend this facility.

We stay at Beach Retreat every year in different units. We both agree, this is probably our favorite. We love that it is on the 2nd fl. The patio furniture is so comfortable! The master bath is fantastic. The list goes on. If available, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo & building.

Everything was great with our stay. The location, the views, the pool, the condo all great. Was just a much needed, quiet, getaway for myself, my husband and our little dog. Would definitely stay here again.

There are a lot of rules while you are staying in the condo like no sand no wetsuits and no fake tanning lotion. But I do understand cause it is very well taken care of and very very clean. The cleanest I've seen.I overall great place.

It was very spacious and the bedding and back porch furniture was updated from the pictures shown so that was a nice surprise. My only complaint was pet hair (and slight smell) on the living room and porch furniture. We don’t have a pet, but it does list it as pet friendly so that wasn't a complete surprise. We ended up covering the couch with an extra set of sheets and that was totally fine. The beach chairs an umbrella set up for us was a huge plus. That was just less we had to carry down to the beach. I would stay here again.
