Just 14 steps from your second-floor beachfront condo, your toes are in the powder-soft sand of beautiful Anna Maria Island.



Wake up to the Gulf right outside your door, spend the day relaxing on the beach, and end the evening watching one of Florida’s unforgettable sunsets from the Gulf-facing balcony.



Inside, the condo sleeps up to four guests with a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, fresh linens, bath and beach towels, and complimentary laundry facilities located downstairs.



We provide starter essentials including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig coffee pods, and dishwasher detergent so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.



Outside, enjoy the shared hot tub, beachfront loungers, propane grill, beach essentials, and—best of all—direct access to one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches.



You’ll also be close to restaurants, shopping, the free island trolley, and popular Bridge Street, making it easy to experience Anna Maria Island without spending your vacation in the car. One assigned parking space is included with your stay.



Traveling with family or friends? We also own Unit 1, a ground-floor beachfront condo in the same 10-unit building, allowing larger groups to vacation together while still having their own private space.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay right on the beach. Being able to sit on the deck and watch dolphins swim by was fantastic. Quick few steps in the sand to get your toes in the ocean. Beach was not crowded and restaurants in the area were great.

This place was perfect! We will definitely be back. The condo had everything we needed and more. The view and private beach was so relaxing. No big crowds on the beach and being able to walk to eat took a lot of stress out of the trip. Highly recommend!!

Dan and Crystal are excellent hosts! They respond instantly to answer any questions. The sweet condo has everything you need for relaxation. Outdoor lounge chairs were nice to use! Spa pool is relaxing. Grill some seafood packs and kick your feet up! The bed and furniture is comfy! T.v. has many stations (this is unusual for a rental) location- 15 min walk to bridge street and Moose Club. 25 min to Cocina beach area. Walk the back roads and check out the landscaping and houses. Have fun! Dan and Crystal we will be back!!!!!

It was very tiny but a great beach front. I have never seen a condo that was fully stocked with food, spices, cleaning supplies. The bad the bed and pillows were very flat, I suggest you bring your pillows. We enjoyed beach and view.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Had we known pillows weren’t to your liking we would have gladly brought new ones but we were never told. Mattress is brand new but it’s one of those things where everyone has a particular preference. We went middle of the road firmness instead of soft or firm thinking that would more likely appeal to people. Thanks for staying but next time you stay somewhere communicate with your hosts and give them a chance to correct what you aren’t happy with.

Perfect location

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The location is perfection!! Nothing better than being right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The perfect place to stay for a couple looking to get away and relax. Communication with the hosts was convenient and quick. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

RDC stands for Ryker, Dan, and Crystal. The family behind RDC Coastal Getaways. Originally from Ohio, we've called Florida our home for nearly 15 years. Our journey into vacation rentals began in 2021 when we purchased Unit 6 on Anna Maria Island after dreaming for years about owning a place on the beach. In early 2024, we added our Siesta Key property, and in 2025 we were fortunate to add Unit 1, a ground-floor beachfront condo in the same Anna Maria Island building. We personally manage all three properties and take pride in providing clean, comfortable stays, great communication, and the kind of personal service we would want when traveling with our own family. Anna Maria Island is paradise. What makes our place great is the location. You are on the beach. Many places on the island are great but you still have to cross a busy street or walk a few blocks to get to the beach. With us you are there. Just unpack and relax.

Beachfront can’t be overstated. It is a surreal experience sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the calm water as dolphins play right in front of you. Or in the evening a glass of wine as you watch the most gorgeous sunset you have ever seen as it slowly disappears into the gulf. If you are lucky you may even see the green flash. There is a reason we have so many repeat guests. One visit and you’ll be in love
