Whether visiting for play, work or somewhere in-between, enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes in this private country home. Located minutes from Cayuga Lake, 10 minutes from Cornell University, 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 20 minutes from Cortland College and Gutchess Baseball facility.
Local attractions are just around the corner, from parks to wine touring, water activities and hiking trails, farm-to-table eateries and shopping, as well as Cornell, Ithaca College and Ithaca Airport. Short-term and longer-term rentals welcome, events also considered.
Single-story ranch house, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are spacious and each bathroom offers a tub and shower combination.
Living room is accommodating with two couches, an oversized chair, a coffee table and a television.
Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a coffee bar along with a refrigerator/freezer, full-size electric oven/stove top and dishwasher.
Dining area includes seating for six around a beautiful wood table.
Front porch offers views to the west, while the large back deck offers privacy and the use of a gas grill and gazebo. Private backyard.
