Studio 8 min walk to UBS arena

Our description states that if you’re 5’11 or taller that our space may not be suitable for you. When you mentioned that you bumped your head because you’re over 6ft, i asked if you read our description because it clearly states that taller than 5’11, you’ll be uncomfortable. You told me that you didn’t read it and that your wife booked it. Our basement studio does not include a full kitchen which is in our description of the space. Kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. All amenities are listed in the booking profile. I understand that you may have been upset due to a misunderstanding of communication on your side about extending your stay for a second time. However, it was never confirmed by you through booking. You assumed that I would do an off booking which was not discussed and is prohibited. When I was asked if you could extend your stay for the second time and at a cheaper price, I agreed to assist you and your wife but I expected you to book the space within a few days, not wait a week later as our calendar was still open. And to give 2 stars because you’re upset is unfair. Any extra request that was not part of the listing, you were accommodated. In addition to that, when you made a second booking to extend your stay through the app, you were not charged the extra cleaning fee in which we charge more for stays longer than 2 weeks. In order to have remained in our space, you are to book through the app service. Our space ended up being booked for the remainder of the year because you did not book the dates you wanted in order to block off our calendar for the times you wanted. In addition to that, 3 days prior to the end of your reservation, I offered to assist with helping you relocate and find another Airbnb or post what you’re looking for within other groups I am affiliated with in which i did. It is not my fault that you didn’t communicate effectively what your plans were for extending your stay 3 days prior to your stay ending which lead to you being “unprepared”. In addition, you knew days before the ending of your reservation that you were not able to stay longer; you had 3 days after notifying me of your plans to find a new Airbnb/vrbo place yet you waited until passed check out time and didn’t leave for over 2 hours afterwards in which your wife was still in the studio.
