This is an eco friendly house with 4 bedroom and 4 en-suite bathrooms, it features high vaulted ceilings, two living areas, maple hardwood flooring with natural fiber rugs in main living area, and a full Kitchen with a center island. This is a single level home with the exception of 7 steps off the kitchen leading to the twin bunk bedroom. You'll find 3 large Flat Screen Smart TV's in this home with Samsung TV Plus. All beds and mattresses are new (purchased in 2022), King and queen mattresses are high quality brands (Casper and Nectar), all new indoor furniture (2022). Guests of this home can enjoy the second living area without being disturbed by any TV, perfectly set to sit and read, or play games with family on a rainy day! Or you can gather to grill on the spacious back deck, with seating for 8. The private pool includes 2 lounge chairs for those that want to relax and take in the sunshine. This home is ideal for avid golfers and beach lovers alike! Guests can enjoy all of the activities that Sea Pines has to offer including access to the Sea Pines Beach Club via the FREE Sea Pines Trolley during summertime, or just bike to the Beach in about 10 mins! You can easily walk 2-3 minutes to the Trolley Station at Lot 8. Bike to the Harbor Town Marina & visit the Candy Striped Lighthouse, or visit the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe. Be sure to explore the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout Sea Pines, fine dining, live music, horse-back riding at the Forest Preserve, and a variety of watersports offered at harbor town. Sea pines beach club access/parking: From mid-march to labor day, take the beach shuttle/Trolleys at Lot 8 just a few steps away from our house; After labor day, onsite parking at the beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests. Distance to beach club is approximately 1.1 mile.
