The Retreat with Pool

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath Industrial Farmhouse is on 1 acre of gated property with Pool, and Pavilion deck.
The Retreat has a jacuzzi and large natural areas good for yoga, games or simply walking the property under the stars and motion lights. Overall, the grounds are perfect for yoga or meditation in the grassy meadow or fun game of badminton or laser tag. Breezy hammocks embellish your experience under the stars by the Bonfire for smores. Keep in mind this leafy urban oasis is fully fenced.

Pool is 3 ft to 10 ft deep and we have large natural areas that are great for yoga, walking and is fully fenced for your pet's convenience.

The 30 x 30 x 30 triangular deck is great for outdoor dining. Our semi-covered pavilion is equipped with lights and fans & 6 benches (pews) that can easily fold into 3 picnic tables. (Limited guests allowed check with hosts.)

The Game Room, while unsuitable for parking, invokes your sense of fun with a full-size pool table, air hockey, darts, and other fun games such as Jenga and card table. This entertainment room boasts plenty of seating for Movie or Game Nights.

House sleeps 8 in rooms & up to 12 with living room pullouts and air mattress.

The captivating primary bedroom suite with King-size bed, mounted TV, and large jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Outfitted with a rustic vanity/make-up area located in main bathroom.

Bedroom 2 allows you to unwind with its elegant queen-size bed, tv, walk-in closet and enchanting décor.

Bedroom 3 with its golden and azure hues entices your attention with its queen-size bed, tv, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4 used to be a former dining room, it can be used as a bedroom with simply closing the sliding doors with curtains, it has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a tv. (No closet)

Hardwood floors grace the living room while 2 full-size pullouts, best suited for small children, plus 1 air mattress completes guests booking to a 12-person occupancy.

The remodeled kitchen flaunts large quartz counter tops and is equipped with plenty of cooking appliances, such as spice rack, coffee pot, microwave, crockpot, air fryer, blender in addition to the normal kitchen appliances.

1. Once the booking has been approved, you will receive a URL link that will take you to our digital Vacation Rental Agreement. Thisagreement must be filled and signed within 24 hours of booking approval, otherwise booking will be canceled.
2. No parties of any kind are permitted and will result in cancellation without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a Residential setting and must be maintained as such by guests. Please be kind and considerate with noise. All parking must be inside the gated fences. No outside gate parking is allowed!
4. No burning of incense, smoking, or vaping inside the home. Violations of this policy will result in a $200 fee plus any associated cleaning costs. This may also result in immediate eviction with no repayment of booking fees.
5. There are surveillance cameras at each entry point. Any disturbance of these cameras will result in an immediate loss of full deposit.
6. No pets without written communicated approval. No pets over 40lbs are allowed. The Pet fee is $30 per night per pet with an $80 non-refundable deposit per pet per booking. No Animals of any kind in the Pool. There will be a 100% loss of deposit for any guest allowing animals in the pool.
7. No Glass, Food, or smoking in the Pool. The same deposit rules apply.
8. Guests may invite additional guests for a fee. Ask your host. If you have any undeclared guests, there'll be an additional charge of$100 per day booked per undeclared guest. If you exceed our maximum of guest, you must pay and additional $20 per guest per daytime.
9. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed unless scheduled and paid for in advance. Fees for early check-in and late check-out are $20 per hour. Unscheduled late check-out is $30 per 15 minutes since that impacts our cleaning schedule and start time. If late check-out is available for your stay, we might be able to extend your stay as late as 12:00pm. 
10. There will be a request for a 100% refundable deposit of$600 for guests that have (4) or more reviews on their profile, and a $800 refundable deposit fee for guest that have (3) reviews or less in their profile. This refundable deposit must be approved no longer than 24 hrs after the booking has been approved, otherwise, we will have to cancel the reservation.
11. We require you to disclose the names and ages of all guests staying in the unit at the time of booking.
12. If the place is extra dirty, beyond what a courteous guest would leave the home, there's an extra $140 fee, to cover extra costs for cleaning. That includes if the walls are dirty if the floor is stained etc. No glitter or confetti allowed.
13. You must have a valid working phone number before you book. If we try to contact you before check-in, and we cannot reach you, we're allowed to cancel the reservation without granting any refund.
14. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property and you notify us about it, you're authorizing us to get into the property to fix the issue, solve the problem, or repair the home or clean it to the standards that you require. We don't need extra authorization to enter the property if there's something you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy.
15. Please respect our home. Some of the items were handmade throughout the house with much time and effort put into them.
16. No crypto miners are allowed at the property.
17. Booking will not be approved by locals.
18. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 25 years old, if the age is not met, we will charge an additional $300 refundable deposit, which would be refunded once check out. We reserve the right to check government-issued IDs at the time of check-in if needed.
19. Ask for permissions in case you'd like to use the fire pit.
20. The owners use the outside space for parking and storage of RV's and trailers.
21. In case you have plans to invite people into the property, it would bring an extra fee of $25 per invited guest (per day) for those older than 5.
22. If you want to put on speakers, you'll have to use the speakers of the property. It is forbidden to use other speakers than those found in the property.
