Notre Guest House est situé dans le beau quartier Bird Rock de La Jolla, connue pour ses rues sinueuses bordées d'arbres et de charme balnéaire. La propriété est sur une rue très calme à seulement quelques minutes du village de La Jolla avec ses restaurants, boutiques de créateurs, galeries, et primés. Nous sommes pâtés de maisons de l'océan Pacifique et le quartier des affaires Bird Rock; restaurants, boutiques et cafés, dont Bird Rock Coffee Roasters attribués Best Coffee Roaster aux Etats-Unis
La propriété est adjacente à une ceinture verte, et nous sommes dans une rue très calme, pourtant proche de toutes les attractions de La Jolla et San Diego.

La maison d'hôtes dispose de planchers de bois partout. Il ya deux chambres, une avec un roi de Californie gigogne et haut de gamme rabattable Reine futon, et l'autre avec le haut de la ligne rabattre Reine futon et élevé 28 'plate-forme lit Queen. Il ya deux salles de bains avec douches (dont une dans la chambre). Nous venons d'ajouter une nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, armoires personnalisées et cuisinière à gaz et four. Micro-ondes et Cafetière. Attenante à la cuisine est une salle à manger et un coin salon avec un lit supplémentaire gigogne reine. Il ya une terrasse extérieure et barbecue. Il ya des sièges pour les repas à l'intérieur. Nous avons également ajouté un nouveau lave-linge / sèche-linge. Notre refuge de La Jolla est à seulement vingt minutes du centre-ville de San Diego, les attractions de l'aéroport et de la plupart des grands! Consultez nos avis cinq étoiles!

We had such a wonderful week staying here. Beds were very comfy and in such a great location. The only thing I wished it had was a broom and some more beach towels for my family of 6, other than that a great place to stay

Loved the area and the home was nice, but had no idea there was no central AC. Even with the floor fans we had a hard time sleeping in the clamminess. Felt better outside, so we couldn’t really take a break there in the daytime. We are from south Texas and we sleep with it cold, so may not affect everyone, but maybe needs to be mentioned in the ad. Decent place if your standards are a bit low and you're just looking for a place to sleep. I would strongly advise against staying here during the warmer months as the lack of AC makes the house hot and very humid. Leaving beds, carpet and clothing you brought feeling damp. Fans provided are ineffective and do not move much air. If you are acustomed to any sort of air conditioning, steer clear. Parking is a bit annoying and the house is on a steep hill. Not a bad location, but that is about the only positive this place has going for itself. The rest of SD is pretty easy to get to and there is some shopping and restraunts 10-15 min walk away. An accesible sandy beach (tourmaline) is a bit further than advertised, and not very convienient to walk to while carrying anything you may need, being a 20-25 min walk we found it easier just to drive and find parking. Not much space for any kind of outdoor relaxing on property if you have more than probably 3 people. All round decent, but definetly wont be back in the summer!

Best part is how familiar we are with the place and its location. It isn't anything fancy but it has everything that a family needs and we had yet another wonderful Thanksgiving together and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cozy first floor in a good location with many beds. It was well stocked with numerous linens/towels/blankets and other household/bathroom supplies. I believe host lives above with family and you might hear them coming and going if you leave windows open, but we weren’t bothered.

We had such a great stay at the La Jolla Bright & Charming Hideaway! The location is absolutely amazing for this price. It's in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and it felt like everything we wanted to do in San Diego and La Jolla was just 15-20 minutes away max. A huge bonus was the dedicated parking spot, so we didn't have to drive around to find street parking.The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, and linens. We had breakfasts, a lunch, and a dinner at the Vrbo and the kitchen had everything we needed. I had a Walmart order delivered the night we arrived and that went very smoothly.We are a family of five and there were plenty of beds for everyone. My husband and I loved that we had our own space in a room with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Our three teens were very comfortable in the day bed, sofa bed, and futon (in the kitchen/dining area). It was a bit cramped and there was not a ton of space for luggage, but we made it work. The space and set up are a bit quirky, but we weren't in La Jolla to spend time in the rental, but out having fun. It served our needs fantastically.Every time I asked a question or communicated, the host got back to me very promptly. Everything about our stay was perfect.

We're from an international hospitality background (Se habla espanol!), and you can find us most Sundays at La Jolla Farmers Market, where I display and sell my watercolors. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else than Bird Rock! After one visit, you'll see why our guests return year after year...

We love the perfect year-round climate, and the sea breezes that blow in each day, keeping the air crystal clean.The beauty of La Jolla is breathtaking. We think that it's the most beautiful place in the world!
