My stay in Roswell at the cozy condo.

I can't say enough about this condo that my son and myself stayed at for 4 days. The cozy condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfort, bed linens were soft. I look forward to returning to Roswell and renting the condo again. My host answered all my questions that I had quickly. Great place to stay.

UFO festival getaway

We went to Roswell for the UFO festival. The condo is about a 10 minute drive from downtown. Huge plus that we could park in the garage. Lovely bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. My favorite part was the private backyard - perfect for us. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great house and the host “Beatriz” was wonderful

The house is just as advertised very cozy, clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood and quiet. We had no trouble getting an Uber or Lyft to take us just 3 miles down the road to visit the alien museum and downtown area. One afternoon we walked a few blocks and ate at a nice Mexican restaurant. There was a few nights we used DoorDash. We loved our stay and are planning to book again for next years UFO Festival. Beatriz the host was very accommodating and trustworthy. I left my phone charger and she mailed it back to me. Thank you Beatriz!

Came for the eclipse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz' cozy condo. The condo is as listed and pictured, with plenty of room in the two bedrooms; both bathrooms were quite large. Beatriz was attentive, easy to work with, and available by text or phone if needed. There was no need to contact her since everything was in place and prepared for our visit. A nice touch were the snacks on the counter and beverages in the refrigerator. We would recommend the cozy condo for your visit and would stay again. Thank you Beatriz. john and jill
